  1. I always had a positive experience at this store. Very convenient location . Very large collection of products , store looks refreshing. Seems recently store went on renovation and new loom is simply great. See through Starbucks setup is nice. Staffs always attentive here. Very clean and well
    Maintained store. Price is similar to other target stores. Easily accessible and large store. Will come back again. This store is near to state border, any deal items may quickly sell out.

  2. I came In to buy the cordless Dyson and The girl in tech was sweet and helpful, she told me I could match price with Amazon pricing to avoid waiting delivery. I got to check out, store was mobbed, 2 check out lanes. Lady was very slow but I understand she needed was doing the best she could. I asked about the price match she said yes, thier price was $440 Amazon was $399 she could only do up to $20 match so a manager came in. She takes 5-7 minutes to get there. Scans it. Goes oh my scanner says it’s $574 at Amazon.. that’s $134 more than their price!!! She was obviously a not very well trained manager or tried to scam me. Why would I pay more at this store than online?? I’ll never visit this location again

  3. I had a very pleasant experience in the Tech Dept at Target’s Brandywine Town Center location. Clay Deemer helped me to resolve numerous issues I had with my new cellphone. I found him to be friendly, knowledgeable & professional. I consider him to be a great asset to Target!

I can’t come complain about the inside of the store, I love my Target but what I’ve seen more and more lately is the trash all over the outside of the store, all over the parking and entrances to the store. I did tell the store manager today about the carts left around the outskirts of the store, mostly people that walk with them to the bus stop and leave them all around there and beyond, it is sad to see that the store doesn’t care about the trash nor the carts. Looks trashy all around.

  5. My family and I have been shopping at this target for years now. A current cashier, Donna that works at the Brandywine Target is the reason why self check out will never work. We have waited in lines just to be serviced by her as she is a prime example of extraordinary customer service. She provides joy, positivity, smiles and an amazing experience.

    One of our to go store when in the area. The store is very clean and well organized. Been shopping at target for over 20 years and this one have a lot of new feature such as the fan area where you can see a lot of specific sport product for your team. Check out line are short and you are in and out quickly.

    This store doesn’t offer bags for customers, when asked why was told Delaware isn’t doing that anymore BUT for $.99 I can buy a reusable. LIES! If that’s the case why are all the other stores in the mall and throughout New Castle county using bags. Target its shameful for you to make customers walk through the mall looking like thieves not to mention shoplifting must be terrible since you can’t tell the difference between a customer and an actual thief! Target DO BETTER BY YOUR CUSTOMERS!

    Tonight I took my son on a mommy and me date to Target and Buffalo wild wings. Upon our departure from the store to load the items into the car, we did not realize we had accidentally left the throw blanket, which my son had purchased with his own gift card, at checkout. I didn’t realize it until we had gotten home and felt terrible. I tried calling the store several times to no answer, but it was so worth the trip there! I went back to the store only a few hours after I had left. I explained the situation to the customer service desk. They looked around very quickly in the back to see if the item was returned, but could not find it. However, despite me thinking that they weren’t going to do anything about it, Target immediately offered to refund me onto a gift card. I was so grateful, that I ran to C-19 to find a throw that was similar and also purchased a rug because I was so grateful for their kindness when I made an honest mistake leaving my item behind earlier that evening. I was so happy to give this Target more money and so grateful for their kindness and understanding, even when I had made the mistake! Thank you so much Target! Love you forever 😍

    Was able to purchase at least 80% of my kids school supplies. I was happy that I did not have to run from store to store trying to find them. The prices were good just that there were very little inventory of supplies that were left. Overall, very happy I got them. 12/9/22 Came back to get some Christmas items to get done off my to do list and I was very pleased that I found what I needed. But, there is always a but, the department that I purchased from lacked employees. I was a little disappointed because this department during this time of year should have a host of employees waiting on customers hand and foot (that’s just me). Overall, my rating stays the same I like Target and I will return. Just be ready this time of year Christmas shopping, pack your patients and eat a snack before you go. No telling how long you may have to wait in any department of the store. However, the lines moved very very quickly…HIGH FIVE!!

    Just had a very long appointment helping me setup my new phone with Justin. Can’t say enough good skills Justin has. He was not only helping me but didn’t waste any time helping another person at the same time. What a multi tasker!! Super nice!!
