4 weeks agoStaff are friendly and usually quite helpful. The store is clean and the prices are good. I have worked at a few Kroger and shopped at many. Kroger is my 1st choice for grocery shopping.a week agoWe love it especially when coke products are on sale, currently 12 packs 4/$155 months agoVisited the location on Tuesday afternoon of this week. It was my first visit at this location, and I was shocked on the appearance inside. As a long-time rewards member, I have shopped in Kroger many times. However, I have never observed a Kroger that was as rundown, messy with so many out of stocks on counters. Not appealing, Not inviting, and Not the norm for a Kroger.2 months agoI shop here multiple times a week. I’ve never had a bad customer service experience.a month agoLove the gas discount. They volume that they sell also means it’s fresh gas.

3 months agoThis place has gone to the dumps. They can’t keep the shelves stocked. Employees sit on the side and smoke and stink the place up. They allow some man to sit outside and play loud irritating music all day. People constantly asking for money as you come into the parking lot. This type of stuff NEVER happens at Publix or at the Kroger on Lower Fayetteville Road.I also attached a photo – look at the carts in the parking lot. I’ve seen so many roll into peoples cars. DO BETTER KROGER. This picture of the carts was on 5/27/23 – RIDICULOUS!!! When they had their GRAND REOPENING and the big bosses were down, everyone was on their toes like little busy bees. But now, back to the same lame Kroger. Lines backed up down the aisles. Three of six self check out running. Always so many just standing around talking and doing absolutely nothing. It’s an absolute miserable place to shop at. Take my advice go somewhere else.
3 months agoA friend of ours from Atlanta told us about Kroger’s fried chicken. At that time, it was on sale for $5.99 for eight pieces. OK… good deal, but how about the flavor. WOW! Now, instead of spending a lot more from the fried chicken places, we get a better deal with better flavor. Lunch from 11-2 and dinner from 4-7. Try it!4 months agoApparently Kroger is doing a rebranding and totally resetting this store and right now, no one can find anything! But at least you can no longer smell the seafood counter at the back of the store the minute you walk in at the front of the store. I hope they keep it up! It has been smelling a bit “unwashed” if you get my meaning lately. Especially for such a TINY Seafood counter!2 months agoAlways a good shopping experience. Employees and customers are generally friendly. The store seems to change its layout periodically but the current more updated layout is good. Competitive prices and many items and brands to choose from.2 months agoGreat location and staff. Shelves are confusing based on other Krogers…I spent too much time trying to find staples that are usually on the inner aisles at most locations.

Horrible experience. Frequently out of stock, understaffed, forced self checkout with long lines. No carts returned. They have removed scan-bag-and-go from this location. They have removed the public WiFi and are located in an area with terrible cell service so I can’t even use the Kroger app in store.
I was in need of assistance at the self checkout and the associate made me wait for assistance so she could go order a Starbucks coffee. Absolutely the worst Kroger experience I have ever had.
The young man and young lady that were in deli this afternoon around 12 pm have the worst attitude and customer service. They didn’t even greet me. They made me feel like I was bothering them by asking them to slice meat and cheese for me (which is what the get paid to do). The young man has always had a dismissive attitude whenever I shop here. This store has went down terribly. I hope management addresses these employees on how to treat customers who are paying their hard earned money. I’m so upset that I’m still at the store shopping as I write this review. Only reason I gave this store 2 stars is because the woman in the bakery department was really sweet!
The one in the meat department who made those mild Italian meat balls deserves a raise or promotion. They were the best I’ve ever eaten and I’m 76 years old. Kroger always has the best value and quality. Thank you
This Kroger is good. They don’t typically have produce or bread that is about to expire and the staff is accommodating. They move things around from time to time. Recently the eggs were moved to a different part of the store (back corner) but the Kroger brand eggs were left where the eggs used to be. The biggest issue I have is that they pretty much don’t have anyone to help check out. Everything is self check out. There was time where I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes just to get to a self check out but there was plenty of regular check out stations open but no staff was working at them
The automation of self check out, results to longer, slower lines that are poorly managed. Don’t understand the Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, study behind this Kroger.
