  1. Would not even open my account to try to help with my problem. Manager and employees kept directing me to call customer services when customers service was the one that told me go to the store. Wish I could give them lower than a 1 star because that’s what this “corporate” store deserves. They will be more than happy to take your money but not will to put any effort if you need help.

  2. Awful, dishonest and eager to push a sale. Salesperson quoted me much cheaper rates and free watches and phones. When I got home 24 hours later my bill was uploaded and I could see they lied about everything to make the sale. Frustrating, waste of time, awful experience. I visited another Verizon today and they confirmed he made a giant expensive mess. Another location saved me $75 off my bill. Will never go to this location again.

  3. Wanted new phone. Evidently if you purchase a new high end phone from one of the “helpers”, they will “help” you by charging $30 just to set it up. I was told “No matter if you have been a Verizon customer for many years (as I have), or you just walk in the door”. I was ready to purchase an $1800 phone. I walked out!

  4. I just needed to resume service and get a new sim card after a few months abroad. They got to me in a decent time and was super quick once they got with me. New sim card was free of charge and the total experience was painless.

  5. Fraud was created on my inlaw parents account for which my wife has power of attorney. A family member with no ID was able to fraudulenty sign for a new iphone and watch and add 2 lines. After 20 days and 9 hours on the phone with customer service and fraud, my wife was referred back to the manager. He refused to help and threatened my wife because she raised her voice at him. So here we are. We are now in the process filing a consumer complaint against the store manager and Verizon with the state of Ohio Attorneys office. Legal activity forthcoming. Being that this is an account of a retired Judge, there will be no shortage legal help and focus. I recommend never doing business with Verizon, the Dayton Mall store and especially the manager at this location. Fraudulent activity was allowed on the account and they will not remove over $1400 of fraudulent equipment charges. . We are in possession of the fraudulent sales reciept and signatures.

    Purchasing my phone with the team at this Verizon location was easy. Polite, knowledgeable and friendly service. And the store is very clean. Thanks for making my purchase easy and pleasant!!

    Very respectful staff. One guy manning the counter was able to take care of 6 people that came in all within 10 minutes of each other. He knows his stuff. He was able to help me after a delivery went wrong and I was able to buy a different phone at the store. He did mention that if it’s more technical than sales that it becomes more of a corporate issue which is in Miamisburg Centerville area. A few people came in with a complaint that they’d bought their phone from Best Buy & from Apple store and their technical needs couldn’t be handled because of some unlocking and property issue. He was very patient and explained what he could do and what was outside of his authorization (like fixing account issues). If you want to buy a phone, get an upgrade, or trade in your phone for a good credit to your bill, this is the place. If you have a technical issue on your own account or if you’re someone who is trying to do something on behalf of the primary account holder, I’d say you should go to a corporate place (mentioned earlier). He stayed with me til closing and made sure all my stuff worked. Best experience at a phone store. 5/5

    The manager Shane is the Bess. He know his job very well. He has great customer service skills, very professional if he tell you somethings stick by his word and handle business in a professional manner if you want good customer service come to Miller Lane and ask for shane or anyone else there they all good Glad I found a good person who handles business well thanks shane for your great customer service skills and your knowledge to Apple phones and everything else in the store.
