She is for sure a subject matter expert and quite a multitasker! She showed concern and empathy and was resourceful when coming up with a solution for my device! I so pleased with the service there and I make a point to share my experience with my family, friends and neighbors! If you’re close by, my advice is look for “Alexis”, she is by far the best! I am happy customer because of my most recent visit at this store! Marcus told me about a promotion that if I added a new line that this new Pixel 6a phone would be free of charge and all I would have to do is call and cancel the old phone. When he rang me up the charge was $265.57 I asked what that was for he said screen protector, phone case, popscocket and fees. All documents and receipts would be emails. Well I checked my email and I was charged for the phone $530.00 on a monthly plan and my Verizon bill went up $100.00, also they couldn’t find my receipt or any promotion offer and said I would have to go back to the store to resolve the issue. So tell me why would I had another line instead of just replacing my phone if I wasn’t mislead? Now I have to go back to the store with everything and dispute this order. My visit today was outstanding! Isaac greeted as soon as I walked in he asked how my day was. Isaac proceeded with my service he was a pleasure and so polite his mama raised him right he even shook my hand at the end that was amazing you don’t get that much now days.
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! Unfortunately, we went here to get a new phone for my daughter and 2 individuals, one was even a manager, told us a large amount we would be getting for a trade in. Now once we have the phone the trade in amount they are telling us now is $200 less and are telling us we should be happy with that price. They claim they cannot give you anything in writing for paperwork. Giving them one star is too much. I am calling Verizon to lodge a complaint against the store and their business practices.
