  1. Some of the staff are pleasant to do business with. But make sure to get names of the employees when promises are made that you can come back in the store for help/services. Baker( a manager) with a very rude attitude and poor customer service, was not helpful at all with trying to assist me with transferring my information to my new phone. Any new policies/ changes needs to be send out to all customers regarding any changes that includes fees that will be associated with customer service help.

  2. This rating should be a negative -0. Worst customer service experience at this location. Waited for 2hrs to be told take my phone to unbreak or ubreak and they will fix it. I went there and was told they couldn’t repair the phone. I went back to VW to sit another 1hr and 30min. Bottom line I left with the same problem I had with my phone 3 and a half hrs. ago. I’ve never experienced such WORST customer service from VW. Much training is needed on how to treat your customers. Customers pay too much a month to be treated with such disrespect.

  3. 1st The agent Anthony was amazing.
    Went in to get new service done app and approved started the process of picking out phone and plan and extra. Everything was smooth. Got ready to check out and account placed on hold. Had to verify my information told different reason to why sent in info to verify myself. The document that they requested and to be told they can’t accept them. What waste of time. Stay away.

  4. Walled in to look at phones. I was only asked what kind of phone I had, S20. I was pointed towards the Samsung devices. Alex didn’t ask me if I had any questions or if I was interested in anything else. Then, he proceeded to chat with other workers about a coworker who wasn’t coach able and something else about someone coming in and asking about their paycheck. I walked right past them, no one asked me any questions or acknowledged me leaving in any way. I will be purchasing online again without the help of this inept team. I came in around 1:50ish and left at 2:01 on 4/12. Will never step foot in this store again.

  5. They have great service. But they’re too damn proud of it. Their plans are awful pricey, and they keep advertising free phones, but you have to get the highest plans they offer, but still, their service is the best I’ve ever had. Not the customer service your phone service. I still don’t know why providers like T-Mobile that use Verizon towers can sell plans for a lot cheaper. They’re getting better on the plans. I remember when they didn’t have unlimited plans and paying hundreds of hundreds of dollars a month.

    Just left the store a couple of hours ago. Trying to find a number I can call and see if they have the device I need, bur there’s no way to contact the store. Other than that the service I was provided was AMAZING! After spending 2.5 hours on the phone with verizon last night and they made huge mistakes .I wasn’t in the best of moods. But the man who helped me in the store was super fast and super friendly. The lasy who checked me in was awesome as well. Will continue to visit this store when I have issues.

    This store is absolutely awful. The employees there are all rude and very unfriendly and unwelcoming.Even the management is awful they all need to take customer service classes. Not a place of business I would choice to go to or spend my hard earned money at. I don’t like the Hillcrest store at all. I will drive to Westgate from know on if I need any help with myverizon phone

    Went to Verizon today! And I heard very stupid and illogical things .. They wanted to take 4 numbers, and devices for them for zero dollars, as indicated in their promotion! I don’t have a credit history yet, according to the law, you have to wait a year for the credit history to grow! We have all the documents, and we were not given the devices that they have for zero! because my credit history does not allow me to take phones for zero dollars. The fact that we would pay $ 200 every month, they did not check if I could pay them, but the devices for zero, they checked, and said that we would not be able to issue this credit!! And when we asked why? We were told that everything is fine, so right, logic is zero .. Any other person can take it for zero, but I can’t, what is written on the window means a lie! This is very similar to discrimination!

    The young lady inside the store was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m not with Verizon. I was there buying my dad a new phone but if I switch this would be the store I’d go to.

    Stanley did a great job helping me understand my phone. I was completely frustrated on how to use. I’m 79 years old and this technology confuses me. He was kind and patient with them. I feel more knowledgeable now on how to use my iPhone. Go see him at the Verizon store on Southport Road in Cedar Springs.

    Ty was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and just a all around good person. She upgraded my phone and transferred all my data on a Sunday. The entire process was seamless. More companies should take lessons from her customer service.

    Ty was wonderful! She helped my mother-in-law upgrade her phone and update her account to save her money. She was patient with everyone that came in to the store while we were there. She was working alone and helped multiple people at the same time. Kind and professional.
