  1. This is the real deal Verizon not an authorized reseller. Staff is knowledgeable and understands and manages expectations. Robust inventory and ability to ship puts this location among the best in the 518.

  2. I work in customer service and the customer service I received tonight in your store Monday, October 3 around 6 o’clock was unacceptable. This store definitely needs to retrain their staff. Part 1: I came in around 6:10pm to inquire about a phone upgrade and I was told by a young male with short hair that unfortunately they wouldn’t be able to help me today with that because all staff was busy and they wouldn’t have enough time to process me before the store closes at 7 pm. Fine than. I was understanding of that. He told me that some other stores might be open until 8pm and that there is a another store down the road. He couldn’t describe to me where it was and told me to Google it in Schenectady. So I did and drove there. I drove there about 15 mins away and staff was very nice and friendly and told me they were sold out of the phone I wanted and told me to ask if the store I just came from had any in stock and maybe try there tomorrow….
    Part 2… how I was treated when I drove back to ask that question at your store is the reason for this 1 star review…. I walk in the store at 6:45 and clearly observe 2 employees without customers (after I was told there wouldn’t be enough time to complete my request at 6:10pm) A worker not with a customer asks if they can help me and I ask him if they have the phone I wanted in stock so I can come back tomorrow but the younger male with short hair comes up and interrupts and says “Didn’t I just help you and tell you we wouldn’t have any time to upgrade your phone today” I said “That’s not what I’m asking, I’m asking if you have the iPhone 14 Pro in stock or not” Person than says no and I walk out. I felt not welcome in this store at all, the young male with the short hair made me feel like I had been kicked out of this store and how dare I walk inside this store. So rude here. I will never go back to this store for me or anyone in my family. Worth the drive to Clifton park where people are nice and not so ghetto.

  3. Horrendous customer service. Do not recommend this location and reported to corporate for lack of knowledge and assistance provided by Ben and his colleagues on a Corporate Account.

    Phone disconnected from the network, freezing up our operation for an employee. Was turned away and refused assistance because their store system wouldn’t access the authorized user on an account, even though Customer Service could at the 800 #. Literally went to the Clifton Park store and rectified the issues with no issue. . . Do not recommend this location or agents.

  4. Purchased my items on the phone went for a pick up an hour later. Overall clean nice experience.

  5. Had an awesome experience with Lizbeth! Started the day with a mall trip to get our teen a new phone. In this trip the rep would not listen to what we had to say, and became argumentative and abrasive when we asked him to stop pushing his internet promotion. After he walked away from us, with no idea where he was going, we waited for about 5 minutes, and he did not return. So we decided, this isn’t the place to do business. He then called us to tell us to come back to get his quote. I nicely told him we will not return. I opened my Verizon app to find he added the wrong phone to our cart!! We made our way to the Central Ave location where we were assisted by Lizbeth! She did not push her promotions more than once, and even helped us save over $200 in accessories and assisted us to the correct phone we wanted. All said and done, Central Ave is the location to be & ask for Lizbeth!!

    This store does not even deserve a single star. I recently visited this store to get some help about the poor call quality and other issues we have been having with Verizon 5G. The store manager Nesto was so bad in his behavior that I had to contact the 1-800 customer support. He showed racist attitude towards me and my wife and was very unwilling to help or even listen to our issues, instead he just kept forcing us to contact the Verizon Tech support. You would expect a corporate store to be able to help their customer resolve with any calling or network issues, but this store lacks all of this. They are rude, unwilling, and show no respect or even have any curtesy to reach out to their customer when someone walks into their store. They definitely need to hire new staff if they really care for their customers.

    New spot on second floor but same great staff providing the stellar service. I should not drift far from the three great stores in Albany and Rensselaer. Grant is top notch but I could tell the other associates were just as competent. Smaller location right off the food court since December 2021.

    Christopher really needs to learn how to communicate his feelings… I went through this whole process with him about how upgrading my phone would only make my bill go up by a couple dollars.. I realize that in reality it’s making it go up by 50.. when I question his logic he stops talking, goes in the back and just leaves me there. Comes out complains to his coworker about me and goes in the back until I leave. I was completely confused. Will never be going to Verizon again.. yikes

    Visited to get a new SIM card because mine was not working and the process was very very easy and quick. I was helped by a tall bearded man whose name I did not get before I left, but he was very helpful and made things very straightforward. Thanks to that man in particular, because i was having a pretty rough one otherwise! Great location, great service.

    Entered store filled with 6 associates no clients. Had to actually walk up to one of the workers. No one out of 6 walked up to us to ask what we needed help with. They did fix the issue but did not check back to make sure. Here’s the thing they could have sold us on a new phone, earbuds, smart watch, and cover for the phone. They missed outs bite on service. We lefted without a good by or is there anything else we can help you with. They were outside of the store talking with themselves. So sad So Bad 😞
