  1. Best Verizon store in Anchorage. Associates are helpful, welcoming and friendly. Jordan and Ken are amazing and go above and beyond! Two other associates were super helpful as well, didn’t catch their names, they all stayed after hours to insure that we were taken care of. Keep up the great work and amazing customer service!

  2. Went here on Black Friday to see into getting a new phone for my wife with no expectations.
    Well what can I say Zack provided us with the best customer service and we both couldn’t of been happier. This man is the truth and I can’t say enough about how hard this dude worked to get us the best deal. Zack helped us fight Biden and the democrats inflation problem and we thank you for it Zack.   3. Stay away from Hunter. Ruined my Christmas eve. He was very rude. Very pushy. Made me feel stupid with all his technical terms. I just wanted to get my son a phone for Christmas. Considering taking my business elsewhere.

  4. Super frustrating experience with customer DISservice. Ordered product online to pick up there. Sent son in to collect; he was denied because he didn’t have my wife’s ID (who ordered it). I followed up a couple days later with her ID & credit card, an order receipt, my ID, etc. Manager insinuated I was fraudulently trying to complete an order. He wouldn’t call the contact number on the bank, wouldn’t look at my ID to see corroborating addresses, wouldn’t call bank to check credit card info, etc. Only I left was I informed (by the corporate customer service person I called to complain) that the policy is if you are not a Verizon customer, you have to show up personally to collect an order—no “agents,” even if a spouse. This info is not posted well on order interface (buried), and the management’s rude attitude did in no way counter that issue. I understand policy, having worked in retail management myself: poor online communication backed up by arrogant in-person representation = forever never customer and ample bad press. (All for a $50 powerbank.)

    Got there over 30 minutes before close. Employee looked at me arrive and walked into the bathroom for the remainder of the open time. This is the third time I’ve shown up to this store after paying a bill in cash and it not getting posted to my account. The customer service is ridiculous and of course they make it impossible to contact them any other way. They’ve made it abundantly clear that they’re fine with taking your money and not putting it in your account.

    DM was awesome despite the problems we had with computer glitches which were all related to us having a rural address that is not found in the USPS system. Apparently there is no exception for these instances but 3/4ths of Alaska is rural. We were there for over 6 hours!! Thankfully we were treated well and made the hours go by much more pleasantly.

    They canceled my order a day earlier than they were supposed to. When I called I got a message saying it was outside of business hours despite their online hours saying they don’t close for another hour. Thanks for nothing. Edited to add: I received several messages telling me to pick up by close on the 18th, only to be notified on the 17th that my order was cancelled. Order #159089. I have now switched to AT&T.

    The experience was great. Everyone was professional. I thought I needed a new phone because mine wouldn’t change- The manager, I wish I could remember his name- Showed how to clean the charger port, made sure it was charging, and let me stay or walk around until I had a decent charge. Incredible customer service.

    Bryce’s behavior and appearance at the front door was deplorable. He was sloppy and rude. I had a scheduled appointment for 7:00pm. I was 13 minutes late unfortunately, but in the 15 minute window, which he said I was out of. Being late in general I didn’t complain, as he proceeded to tell me to make sure to be back in store before 8:00 closing, in order to be seen at all. My wife and I waited with an impatient 5-year-old for the next 30 minutes. At this point, the agent that became free other than himself, he released telling to go home. He then proceeded to attempt to tell us that if the other sales rep on the floor happened to finish in time we may be assisted. This was obviously going to be impossible.
