  1. I hoped for knowledgeable people, yet I needed copper pipe; they tried to convince me that copper tubing was pipe.
    Then I asked to use the restroom and it was so plugged up that after (properly, by pulling forcefully with the plunger) repetitive attempts at unplugging it for 5 or more minutes, it could not be unplugged. Then, when I mentioned it to staff, their reply was “oh it’s still plugged!”
    So they knew there was a problem and failed to address it!
    In a hardware store that is so well equipped, I was very disappointed.
    As I said they are well stocked, which is why I didn’t give them a lower rating.

  3. Good all around old time general store. You can buy good work and cowboy clothes and boots. Bbq stuff, great cast iron skillet selection, plenty of hardware for all your needs.

  4. Ok they are really GENERAL STORE themed. Like, emphasis on the “general” part. So here’s some products one might not expect they would have here: office supplies, childrens Crayola art supplies (but like a 5 foot section of an aisle), flags, bathroom and dorm room accessories, vacation tourist wear, sun hats for the redheads inour lives, theres a fair sized toy area, like all the kitchen appliances, an array of ice chests, coolers, lunch pails, etc, lunchbox type things to keep your beverage cool until you are ready to consume, kitchen demands, pots and pans, knives utensils, also all the household cleaners regular folks be needing, and TRIMS, Sills, some planks of poplar, oak, pine and maple i think, dowels in sizes 1/16th thru 2 inchea, and corner protectors, L brakets, in various metals and wood anf all the paints stains varnishes and lacquers and prepared shellac products. (I didnt see ant raw lac or sticklac but i wouldn’t doubt they have something like that.

    Shout out to the helpful folks at this place! Went in with a “thing” that needed another “thing” to fit it. The guy at the register (I think his name was John…maybe?) offered to help me find a solution to the puzzle, and with grit and determination, and $2, I left a happy camper. I had tried to get the part from Amazon, but .., there’s something to be said for being able to reach out and touch the thing and try it on for fit before buying it. Also I only had to buy ONE ( all I needed) not 24 from Amazon. This place is definitely going to be on my radar for future purchases!

    The kind, Young gentleman that assisted me was very helpful. I had forgotten my reading glasses so he read everything for me. April 6, 2023, Went here again today & they had everything I needed that Lowe’s & Home Depot have been out of. About same prices also. Employee was very helpful & knowledgeable in the products I needed.

    Normally this is a great store. However today was the worst day to come to this store. Three young men working all had bad attitudes. It seemed I was a nuisance for asking a simple question. One young man made a snide remark to his coworker behind my back.

    Ordered online and my order was ready about an hour later. I absolutely love the gentleman that work there, they go ABOVE and beyond to help you with whatever you need. I also went there a little while back to get a Toyota Camry microchip key replacement, my only key was in many pieces, I didn’t think it was going to be possible to replace without going to Toyota dealership and paying hundreds of dollars. The gentleman that helped me, ended up spending about 2 an half hours helping me, he and I had to do MANY different things to my key, car, locks, trunk, ect. But we both never gave up. We actually had a fun time. Employee NEVER gave up, and stayed positive entire time. Other employees also checked to see if they could be of any help as well the entire time. This is definitely my go to for most of my projects! It doesn’t hurt that it’s only 1 minute away from my house either!!

    Smaller than the big two but always a pleasure to visit. They actually have a great selection of tools and home projects supplies or repair parts. Staff always very friendly. My two year old love this place too. 🙂 Highly recommend this please.
