  1. Overall, it’s a decent store. However, there’s never enough checkout lanes open. Usually, just one register and then 8 self-checkout lanes (at least one of the eight self checkouts is broken), so it takes forever to checkout. It would be nice if they had people working the registers to make things move along quicker.

  2. Had to pick up an online order and got to the store and noticed the line was extremely long due to a difficult customer. The associate dealing with him was a champ!!! My wait wasn’t long and the the associate that helped me was very professional and extremely nice!!! BIG kudos to her!! Great experience today!!!

  3. The fitting rooms had long wait lines. I would like to see more fitting rooms added. Kids must try-on clothes. I hate sending back clothes from online shopping. I would much rather go to the store, try it on and be done ✔️

Self check out lady extremely rude, I was doing 2 transactions and before I could even pay for the first she was running over trying to say I was going to steal the second items even after I explained I was doing 2 transactions she then reprinted the receipt for the first transaction and pointed out everything that wasn’t on it even as I was scanning those items for the second transaction as she was doing this it still wasn’t good enough for her so she continued to be rude and wasn’t happy until I showed her the second receipt and had to once again explain 2 transactions to her she then got very annoyed and rude after she realized I wasn’t trying to just steal the items. She also was refusing to help other customers at self checkout for no reason she just wanted to stand in the corner on her phone the whole time unless someone made a mistake scanning something. Very disappointed in this employee and will most likely not be returning to this target as I do not appreciate the attitude of employees, Derby target is much nicer and much more willing to help solve problems.

  5. I have shopped online at Target for many years. Target always has the latest deals and all the new merchandise I’m looking for. Plus they have very competitive prices!! Because I can’t walk for a long distance, I use the pick up service. By the time I get to the parking lot my groceries are already there!! The employees that bring by things out are always so very nice and helpful!! I highly recommend Target!!!

    Great Target with a huge selection of collage apparel and pro apparel. The college apparel was exactly what I was looking for and I got buy one get one 30% off. Great selection! Store is very clean and organized and the staff is friendly and helpful. I was approached by two employees to make sure I was finding everything that I needed. I wish all Targets had the huge selection of college and pro apparel because it is hit or miss. You will not be disappointed with this Target.

    I love Target and this one is never too chaotic, which I love. The down side is that it’s smaller and are often low on stock. For example, they rarely have my size in clothing, and the selection offered here isn’t as abundant as other locations. It is of course a smaller store.

    I needed a specific Nintendo Switch game, quickly! I was able to get on the app, find the location that had the game, hold it and purchase/pick-up within 30 minutes. I just love the convenience of using their app. I used the app while Christmas shopping for the best deals without having to be in the crowds. Can’t beat that! The rewards system is pretty great as well. I ended up saving $12 off just in earned cash back.

    My favorite Target location in the city. Slightly smaller grocery selection than others but when I go there to buy trading cards they are usually well stocked.

    I don’t leave reviews often, and if the person behind me in line sees this, they probably wouldn’t share the same experience that I did. The older gentleman that ring me up today. Thank you. I was probably in line for close to 10/15 minutes. I loved every second of it. He would bring up a few items and then stop to Xpress an exciting point of the story he was telling me. I came to find out he recently lost his wife of 22 years, I believe to Xpress a exciting point of the story he was telling me. He mentioned where he got married, what they did with their wedding rings to honor their parents who were passed on. It was cute. He told me it was their way of feeling the acceptance coming from them. Their loved ones spirit was definitely felt as they dipped their wedding bands into the creek bed and let the water run through them. That deserves to be in a Hallmark card. I could go on and on. That was the best experience in the checkout line, ever. I’m glad I could hear him out and be someone that would truly listen. I think he really needed that. Got to be there for a reason. I’ve always had a problem with not having enough patience. I’ve prayed so hard for God to give me just a little bit. I got that today. It was perfect.
