As a result, – and because it was slightly closer – my sister and I went to this location, and I must say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a cell-phone company. As we went in, the atmosphere was absolutely amazing. We were greeted with smiles by everyone, but Mr. Cho Boyd immediately stole the show. As he addressed our questions and concerns, he was patient yet diligent. Most importantly, he made sure we were completely satisfied. (My sister – who had no interest in switching prior to arrival – also made the big switch! Went in to upgrade my phone and already knew which one I wanted. The guy (wish I could remember his name) kept insisting I really didn’t want the phone I was asking for. But instead I should get this new LG that just came out, how great it was, blah blah this and blah blah that about it and how I’d be the first in Montgomery to get it. I tried to go back to the original phone I wanted and again he was dead set I was going to get that LG phone. He must have been going to get a good commission off of it because he was sure pouring it on about that certain phone. End of story I left with out upgraded or that super duper LG phone he wanted me to get. Oh by the way I have a few friends that ended up getting the LG phone and said it was absolutely trash !!! Had paid a visit for a SIM card replacement. Had a little wait time there were few people ahead of me. Hold on the experience was good. Doing just one visit will not be a factor for rating I did not have any issues with the person who I interacted too.
The Manager Shay and Specialist Anthony were awesome. They started my business account helped picked out items and was patient during the setup. They worked after the store was closed to make sure I was satisfied. The entire team helped at the end.
I sat there in the queue for some time. People who came in after me were not added to the queue but were called up before me.

Very poor customer service. Took 3 months and multiple phone calls to get consumer lines switched to business account. Then had an issue once lines were changed over. Online shows store closes at 8PM. Arrive at store a 7:15P and they are CLOSED! Be aware, customer service is not a priority!!
