  1. I’m from the South, where folks take DG seriously and they are located every other mile, so I’ve been a loyal shopper of the chain my whole life. I had to look a little harder to find them here in Arizona, but this location is worth the drive. This is a great store with helpful friendly staff. Their shelves were well stocked and they had my dollar general brand sponges that I’ve been using for 15 years… so I will definitely be back!

  3. If I could put 0 stars I would. I normally never write reviews but this has been the second time this happens to me. Why have the option to place an order online when the employees are not going to pay attention to it. On January 29 I placed an order at 7am and requested to pick it up at 11:30 when I arrived at the store they didn’t even know I place in order and the associate made me follow her so I can carry all my things I order which was fine but I placed order earlier to make sure I get the things I ordered cause I know especially on coupon Saturday things goes fast so therefore I didn’t get all the things I ordered cause they were sold out. So I was a little disappointed. Today I was hoping it was going to be different so I tried doing it again. I even tried calling them 3 times to make sure they got my order but no answer so me and my fiancé went a little early then what are time was requested to see if they got our order of course they didn’t even know about the order being placed and of course the items were sold out… I don’t know what the online pickup process is in that store but they’re not paying attention to it so I don’t think they should have it as an option there I was very unhappy that I couldn’t get anything that I ordered she told me just to cancel my order the funny thing is there’s no cancellation option so that’s annoying I won’t be doing that again.

  4. Dollar general use to have really nice people a few months back. Lately the Ladies that are in there are rude and always seem like there personal life has to be heard. It’s happened a couple when my husband has gone in there and money is thrown at him. And today I was there and the cashier after I spoke English to her and she tell me to wait in Spanish I can’t stand when you just see peoples skin color and do that. It is getting bad in there it was one of my favorite stores. Employees make you not want to come back. I rather go an extra mile to another store.

  5. Waited in a line at least 10 people deep. They really need to have 2 cashiers scheduled. Very frustrating way to spend my entire lunch hour. And I felt bad for the cashier…

    My first impression walking in was this place is dirty. Like nasty. Floors are unkempt, kids running through the isles with no masks (although) sign on the door advises to wear a mask. Kids (about 13 yo) were throwing things in the isles and no word from any of the employees. Isles have partial stock sitting around in the middle of the day around 3 pm, mop bucket sitting out but clearly never used bc the floors are so disgusting. One would think with the scare of the pandemic this place would wanna enforce or atleast clean up a bit to seem reputable or atleast concerned about their or anyone else’s health.

    My Daughter and I took a lyft to this location today . We instantly felt welcomed to shop. I spent over $100 on food and household supplies. I was very pleased. They do not allow you to take shopping carts outside so please be prepared; you’re going to want to spend.

    This is the closest Dollar General to me and I Would Rather drive to a further one. The staff is usually nice BUT everything is always in boxes at the end of the isle. Yes maybe “in stock” for everything, but that’s because they sit in boxes at the end of EACH isle. I asked the manager today when they plan on restocking the shelves and her answer was, “when the truck comes sometime this week”. So I cleared up my question by stating that there’s Tons of boxes needing to be unpacked and she just shrugged. I’m not always going to open boxes when I want something, It’s not a customer’s job to open them.

    I was there today and while l appreciate the offers and prices, the aisles are jammed making it impossible to go down specific aisles. I was in retail for 40 years and it is evident that you either need more staff or should extend hours for your employees . You are losing sales. I really like your male store manager
