  1. The store has great deals on shoes and shirts. The staff is always close by to help and answer questions. Some items don’t have the right price showing in the box or tag. Other than that, it is great.

  2. Friendly staff and excellent customer service. The place often has okay deals on merchandise but i feel like being a outlet store and all it should definitely be better priced. That being said when they do have some sort of sale they are fantastic.

  3. For an outlet prices are outrageous. Not much in help from the staff. But not bad, just I felt they should have been all over the store helping people, especially with sneakers. You are pretty much on your own unless you track someone down. They could make so much more sakes if they paid attention to to customer and what they ate looking for.

  5. Selection was limited. The store was very crowded while I was there and it made it difficult to maneuver around the aisles.

    So unprofessional….it’s a defective item within 45 days….angel wants to pertend she is manager lol ….manager don’t care shoes are 40 days old …….but under store policy and nike warranty is valid…..so I handle stuff differently…..I will contact franchise Monday corporate office and explained situation…..let’s see what happens Monday….so un professional finish line…..good luck come Monday

    We visit this location on 08/21, Horrible experience in general! they delivered a wrong size in 4 occasions. After we notice our sales rep was busy attending some “ friends visit” we spoke with the manager in turn; this happened about 4:00pm. He excused the employee perhaps he took over this order but delivered the wrong size another 2 times, We seriously thought that we was getting prank so we asked him if we was on a tv show or YouTube video (prank) trying to make fun of our experience. He reacted in a very rude manner explaining he and his employees had a very busy morning, he also mentioned that “they are humans” and they are allowed to make mistakes, my husband asked him if 1 or 2 mistakes per transaction wasn’t enough and he confronted him face to face in front of the cameras, I felt disrespected and humiliated by this “manager”. In the most politer way I would like to request any upper manager to check videos and cameras of the incident, This was the most uncomfortable experience for me and I’m sure for the other customer at the store. Of course we ending up taking our business to the closer competitor in this case “Champs”.

    Always find some new styles or shoes on the clearance rack that looks good and for a great deal. If you can’t find your size or the color you want they workers are suggesting they can order it and have it shipped to your house for no additional cost. Highly recommend this place.
