  1. The address is on Michigan avenue but it’s not on Michal avenue. It’s on the side and the back of the building. But once inside, Marshalls is downstairs and it’s of a good size place. They offer a little iof everything from shoes clothes some travel essentials. The store was organized but the checkout took some time. Not enough registers were opened. Inexpensive place to shop.

  2. Good store with good selection but not crazy about basement location. Just a little gloomy. Not quite as big as some others but I did find what I was looking for. No nylons though?!#@! Had to find another store. Not sure any Marshall has, so not a dos to this store.

  3. It’s pme of the cleanest/organized Marshall’s I’ve ever been too. A good selection of items as well. My reason for low rating was being followed around the store by a male “secret shopper” and making it so obvious too. I guess bc of my skin color and a full cart made me a “type.” Like I was visiting from out of town and the selection was really good. Yes, brown/black people can afford things too. We don’t all just walk into stores with a mindset to steal.

    Increased rating!
    Found some great quality deals since my last visit. Reebok Comfort Footbed by Ortholite for only $39.99! Plus 2 pairs of comfy jeans for $16.99 each. Make sure you have some time to shop because you will still need to comb through to find the hidden gems.

    I was very disappointed! The store was neat and clean. However, the women clothes looked horrible. I was surprised to see this being this was right off the magnificent mile. The clearance rack dresses looked like house wear. Nothing I would wear out. I’ve seen better at Ross.

  5. Very convenient! Nice clean store! Friendly service. Enter off street level and you take an escalator down to the store level! They do have several elevators 🛗

They have a great variety on sauces and snacks. They have nice decor. Very affordable. Great selection on candles! Definetly consider getting your hair products and make up from here. You’ll save half the price from anywhere else!

    I had a horrible experience with the coordinator I think his name is either Gerry or Jesse I can’t remember I have a hearing problem and I couldn’t hear what he was saying I asked him to repeat me my total because the screen didn’t show it , and he was rude and repeated my very softly not making any eye contact or anything. I said sir please speak up I can’t hear you an he sarcastically mumbled my total 2 times. That made me feel very bad because he purposely was mumbling.

    It is honestly ridiculous that so many businesses like this one still do not open their bathroom doors for customers yet. I have noticed since the pandemic started most businesses have not reopened their bathrooms. How can buying costumers shop comfortably and not be rushed when they have kids or maybe busy days which require the use of a bathroom in between. That is just inconsiderate and pushing costumers to shop online.
