  1. I went to this store out of curiosity, never been to a Ross store. It was ok. There are some name brands here. Some sections didn’t seem as organized as others. Very picked through. The prices seemed a bit high for low quality pieces, which there were a lot of. On the other hand, there were some cute and unique items there too. I only bought candy though at the checkout lane (impulse buy, who doesn’t like chocolate!?)

  2. I think it’s a hit or miss. Some times when I go in I find so much and I love it and other times what I’m looking for isn’t there or the selection is low because of shoppers. I will continue to go back, just know it’s a hit or miss type of place. I think because of location it really needs more shipment then it gets.

  3. Shelves weren’t as stocked as they were at Christmas, but I was able to find some bargains. It’s a store where you will find something you like and at a reasonable price.

  4. Decent selection. The items at this store seem sparse. I usually come for the bags and todays visit there was not many purses to choose from.

  5. It just so happened to ride with my daughter and ended up stopping in. I have to say their options were slim to none. Not a variety of anything. However I did find a beautiful lamp and a few other household items. My daughter found a nice handbag and carry-on bag for her travels. The customer service was nice but not a ROSS I would make a point to visit again. Chargin location is much better!

    Went in because I had a gift card. Stock was very limited, almost like they were going out of business. Messy and unorganized. Not very many employees actually working except the checkout lady. She didn’t seem very happy to be stuck with a line of people to checkout.

    The Burnett manger with glasses was very rude and had attitude towards me while I was shopping and made side comments as she was walking away. She snapped at me for walking around and looking at baby clothes when she said they were closing in 25 minutes. Another costumer said in the store, she had the same complaint with the manager. I did not appreciate the rudeness and attitude I was getting while I was shopping. And the unnecessary side comments she had said. If I could I would give them zero stars. 👎

    Non customer oriented non efficient uninformed & non assistive cashier’s or floor people at the service counter is an immediate redirect of energy. Give me the customer experience that will make happy to patronize the location. Otherwise your rating is poor like your service ability and attitude. It’s gnot rocket science it’s the easiest thing to be these days. Prompt direct and efficient isn’t your strong suit, just hand clothes, hand pick the floor. You don’t have to greet or deal with the public if you would be more comfortable in the back of the house. If you wish to be seen and gnow nothing your in the wrong line of duty & industry.

    The customer service is fantastic! I have been coming back for over a year now. Yes, the affordable prices brought me in the door. But it was the good service that brought me back.

    please please please stop jamming price tags into the material of crocs, this leaves a hole in them and does not look nice especially as a gift for someone. There are plenty of holes already on crocs that you can put the price tag in. No need to make a new one
