  1. I am still in shock when I write this! Have you ever got the iPad thrown on the table right in front of you? I did! Two years ago I became a Verizon customer. I am still thankful to the staff who helped me at the Oakdale Mall store. But this Vestal store experience was a nightmare today! Went into the store for an upgrade because I just paid off my contract yesterday. The staff Vincent totally blew my mind by throwing his working iPad at the table right in front of me, my wife and my 10-year-old daughter! I chose this store because it’s next to the FedEx store I frequently visited. Kristen was helpful and willing to help. She wasn’t here today. Then I got this Vincent, showing no respect, no courtesy and no soul! If this is the way they treat their customers, they don’t deserve even one star! Store video recording will show everything if the store supervisor would take a closer look at this incident! I feel extremely frustrated on the last day of 2022 for what I experienced today at this store. The working atmosphere has to be changed to win back customers’ loyalty. I am not going to step into this store again!

  2. Super friendly service. My salesman “brad” was great he explained everything very well, patient, friendly. Got my mom a new “smart” phone and she’s a tough customer lol he helped her so much. Thanks Brad you rock! She’s happy 😊

  3. 4 reps were helping customers and one other customer was waiting to be helped when I got there. I waited 90 min before I got my chance. It took them 10 min to resolve my issue, but one of the questions I asked was answered incorrectly..which I found out from another company’s rep. Guess who’s not a Verizon customer anymore!!

  4. I was excited to know this was a corporate location. Andrew was extremely helpful. He helped me find what I was looking for and even made a great suggestion. I took his advice and left the store with all that I needed. Brad was also very helpful. Thanks for listening to my silliness and smiling with me. Friendly atmosphere.

  5. Jonathan did a great job of quickly getting me online with a new Samsing S23 after my S7 died. I was in and put within an hour thanks to his quick work and cloud backup. Rather than using sales pressure, he offered options and tradeoffs that made sense. I was very pleased.

    I had a great experience with Nathan. I stopped in before work so I didn’t have a ton of time but he managed to make my visit both informative and efficient. I upgraded my iphone and even decided to add an apple watch after learning more about my plan options. I definitely felt that he was not just selling me a phone but also helping me to find the right devices to suit my lifestyle needs. Keep up the great work Verizon!

    Didn’t get any discounts for upgrading paid twice as much had I upgraded in December. Many extra charges I did not expect. Had I known all this in advance i.would have switch to another provider. Been with Verizon since the 1970s pay bill on time and been a loyal customer. I feel like that doesn’t even matter to them. They keep letting me know it’s time to upgrade and I didn’t get any break for staying with them and upgrading. It is what it is but I will remember the next time. They don’t even offer senior discounts like other companies.

    Nathan did a wonderful job when igot my new phone. He spent a lot of time making sure things were transferred and that everything was right. He was very friendly and helpful and I would recommend him to everyone

    Not very knowledgeable staff for the issue I was experiencing. While asking for troubleshooting help, I get shoved unnecessary questions and promotions down my throat. They could not fix my issue. I had to go to Verizon in Vestal for help where I was treated better. I don’t recommend going here.

    The in store people were nice enough, but the company itself is as impersonal as you can get. You can not in any way contact the Oakdale Mall store directly by phone, instead you get the national octopus where every option is to reenter info you’ve already entered, stay on line for 10..20…30 minutes at a time with frequent disconnections. Horrible
