  1. Practicing SOCIAL DISTANCING… store had no inventory at all … appears to be closing down permanently? Store Manager is under a great deal of pressure and not making Premier CUSTOMER SERVICE JUDGEMENT CALLS… not valuing a long-term (disabled) CUSTOMER and situation with new phone… manager refused to help… Even said “good luck with corporate helping you!” … Manager very nasty… WORLD CLIMATE, maybe? … at least you get 1 v/s no star…

  2. My third visit to this store! I may get a better price on the internet, but the customer service here is priceless!! Elsie was absolutely AMAZING!! She along with her Android guru took care of my issue! As I waited saw all the employees helping and giving each customer help with much patience and big smile! Very impressed! Thank you ALL!!

  4. I always dread going to Verizon (long waits, pushy salespeople, etc), but my recent experience at this location was great. They were slammed with customers, yet I waited less than 10 minutes and there were even tables/chairs I could work at while I waited. Carlos was super – answered all my questions patiently and helped me with my long “to-do list” without being pushy.

  5. Slowest service ever. The ssociates are walking around laughing instead of assisting customers. No greeting upon entrance of establishment. They are literally walking around here like it’s a chore to be here. Came in to exchange a Samsung watch…30 mins

    Purchased phone from store and returned because of issues with installed software. Tech charged $30 and did not fix the issue. Later, I called the real Verizon store, and they addressed it remotely. Highly deceptive sells practices. Stay away from this store.

    I have received excellent service with genuine care in the purchasing of my new I phone and Apple Watch. Matt Renfrow is an outstanding ambassador for Verizon. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a friendly confident and informed person to help you navigate through the technology of purchasing and setting up your phone and accessories- Matt is the best! He made this process so easy for me and i very much appreciated that positive attitude and personality.

    My husband ( age 70 ) and myself ( age 66) needed to upgrade our phones. I have given our ages because we think we know a good bit about technology, but our kids would laugh at that. We went to this Verizon store because the owner has been a big supporter of Extra Special People and we were not disappointed. Matt Rentfrow helped us at the store and answered all our questions and never made us feel rushed. There were a lot of decisions to be made and Matt explained the differences in various options in language we could understand. We will definitely return to this store for any future needs we may have.

    I had an excellent experience getting my phone upgraded. Justin, the sales rep, was awesome! He did every for me from transferring my old phone info to my new phone to putting the screen protector on. I would recommend him and this store to anyone.

    My daughter and I went into this Verizon Store with a problem with daughter’s phone no longer charging. Elder was the Verizon associate that assisted us. Elder was an amazing help, checking out the problem, then giving us options. We happily finished, using an upgrade to purchase a new phone very reasonably!
