  2. Turning into my favorite store in the area. Angel was just awesome. I was on my way to get my iphone screen replaced . I came in for a screen protector . I wanted to have it ready when my screen got fix . Before I could pay he stopped me and gave me a couple other options before I paid . I’m so glad he did . Got a upgrade deal I couldn’t pass up .As I walked out with no broken phone to go fix . But , a brand new iPhone 14 for less then the cost to fix my old 11 . Thank you Angel for the upgrade. Go check him and that staff out

  3. Came into the store because i was having issues with my bill and Michael was able to look at my account, explain what was going on and save me $60 monthly in the process. I definitely recommend coming to this store and seeing Michael. It was a pleasant experience.

  4. every time i’ve been to this store over the years I’ve had a great experience especially compared to other verizon stores. the staff is more personable & helpful, i can tell they really try to the best of their knowledge! Store manager michael & angel have both helped me most recently in the past couple of weeks with getting a new phone, accessories & transferring over all my data forever thankful. will most definitely be back when need be

  5. Great Service from Cliff, he helped me get my phone working again after ESim was deleted by mistake and even gave me my options for upgrades once I was ready! Even helping 2 other people he gave us all his time and attention individually and truly made the experience great!

    I went in for trade in last night but for some reason whenever my new phone went to activate it didn’t work. So the Asia the manager and I were on the phone with customer service for two hours last night and they couldn’t get it to work. So this morning I went back in, Asia and I spent 4 hours on the phone with them again with her and I both trying everything they were telling us to do. She was very patient with me thank goodness and she was so helpful and felt bad I had to leave my newborn for so long for both visits to the Verizon store. She is truly a kind person and deserves a raise or something and I’m so thankful for all her help and her teams help.

    Javier made up an excuse as an answer. He later had to remind it. He asked Joe to talk to me but he ignored us and Chelsea spoke up to help. The owner posted on my review apologized for the issue I had at his store and now his post is gone. Why? No personalities, no name tags, no real interest in the Customer. However, they always ask “who did you talk to?” NO NAME TAGS. NO INTRODUCTIONS! Will I ever go back for that kind of treatment?

    This is a nice store that isn’t too busy. All the employees who have helped me here have been very nice and not pushy. My son and I came in from the pouring rain today and someone went and got us paper towels and it’s the small things like that that really leave an impression. I wish I could’ve gotten his name.     all I can say id this place was great. The south fl Verizon store along with the north 98 store ate the worst stores I have ever been in and the reason is the guy that is the manager at the south fl ave store is the same Smart As_ manager of both stores. this Verizon store at 1494 town center drive was extremely nice to my wife and I and I got me the new Samsung 23 ultra and they set it up and did everything I needed them to do and walked out using my new phone. Everyone in there was as Nice and helpful as could be. I would never go to the other two Verizon stores ever again. if you have ever been to the south fl ave or the 98 N store then you will be shocked on how mush more respect and helpful this place is. try them out and see.

    Went to the store on S Florida Ave and asked for assistance with upgrading phone. The rep told us there probably weren’t any deals available, and we could look online. Left and went to the store at Lakeside Village and received the best help. Jason researched what options we were eligible for and we ended up with a fantastic deal. He took time to take care of every detail – excellent customer service, we couldn’t be happier.

    WORST SERVICE EVER. This store tells you nothing but lies. Came in put my name wrong on the account after they had my license to read off of it, put the wrong phone number to one of my phones that I was activating at the time, was told there was a promotion going on and getting a free iPad was part of the deal (never explained any of the details of how it was free) just added onto my bill, didn’t asked what kind of Apple Watch I wanted ordered just ordered the most expensive they have, went to pick up the correct Apple Watch and was told I can’t have the Apple Watch due to exceeding amount on my bill… call Verizon to fix all everything and learned this store is nothing but liars. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS STORE
