I expressed what I need out of a phone and plan and he was able to give me exactly what I wanted within my budget. The process was very quick and simple switching from AT&T. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the cell service so far. Jon followed up with me a week later to make sure everything was good.   3. If you want the best, come to this store, they did absolutely amazing! I worked with Disma and he was super attentive and made sure I was enjoying my experience. He got me a bottle of water and didn’t make me feel rushed. Took his time explaining everything. 10/10 recommend this store!

  4. Courtney Smith and Autumn are THE BEST EMPLOYEES at the cellular sales store on white street in west York. Courtney helped me for hours with a positive attitude and got me where I needed to be. She took FREE time out of her busy day to help me just because she loves what she does so much and I can’t thank her enough. I will never forget this experience. I will definitely recommend Courtney to everyone I know and I know a lot of people.

  5. I entered the Verizon store on white st, York, pa, I had immediate help from Autumn, She rocks!!! Her personality is great, and she listened to what I wanted,very helpful, gave me info that i needed, and she is very knowledgeable, she gave me every deal she could, I love my new phone s23 ultra,. Also she had a trainer with her he was awesome also. I will return if I need anything as far as questions about my phone or phone plan also I’m picking up my Samsung tablet when it’s back in stock. Thanks again… YOU ARE GREAT AUTUMN!!! 😊😊

    Verizon phone internet if you live in Dover you will be dropped too many times to count, literally estimate 100s of times a day if trying to get on internet on your phone. Not enough capacity to handle the traffic sold in this area. Verizon has attempted without success to fix the problem multiple times and it only gets worse and worse. Tried talking to them directly. They tried to fix it and again it only got WORSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Update — still the same. Despite promise to fix it. Droooooooooooooppppppppppppppp! Crashing so many of the apps on my phone. I’m in a hole. Wish they would plug the hole with reliable service.

    Not helpful at all. Wouldn’t even pull up to look at my account. Not sure if it’s just how the stores roll now or what but it’s a ashame I was handed a number to call and a person in a store refused to help. We know what it’s like to call the 800 number as I have been on the phone for over an hour no resolution for what the store could’ve taken 5 minutes to resolve.

    My husband and I switched to Verizon from another company because all of the offers and great services they were offering. After an issue at another store we weren’t very pleased with the service we received. This store went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. We had ordered online and picked up the phones at this location. Great people! If you ordering online however please be aware that you have to wait till you get a email saying your order is ready for pick up!
