What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Worst service ever! Lack of employees and also overpriced products compare to retail online stores. I can see this store filling bankruptcy in the near future.

Photo: This lens is priced $1,198 NEW at every store you can imagine but you can get one USED/OB at Best Buy with a “special discount” for $1.291.00 Amazing! 😂

  2. People Are Allowed To Walk In . With Farm Animals. LIKE A BABY GOAT Was Inside Best Buy Store. Very Nasty Experience.

  3. Brought in a CPAP machine to try and find a power cord for it. They employee said he couldn’t try and see if the cord would work until after I bought it and then if it didn’t work I had to return it. It didn’t work. I had to wait in line to purchase it and then wait in line to return it and then since I had opened it to see if it would work I had to return it at a different line! Such a hassle when if the employee would’ve just opened the box and tried it for me right then and there it would’ve saved me lots of time and wasting employees time to purchase it and return it as well🤦🏼‍♀️

  4. I went into the store to get a gift and found a variety of models and prices. It is an excellent alternative to buy appliances, business equipment, cameras, video games, desks, chairs, everything you can imagine. It is located near Plaza Las Americas. And the best thing is that their employees guide you and take you directly to what you need.

  5. The Geek Squad employee was quick to tell me to buy a new one instead of listening to the client concerns. Also, his remedy was to leave the computer charging $180 +. I took it home and was able to fix it by troubleshooting. Even though I had an appointment, the service was quick to get rid of the client. That is the way it was handled. I guess it depends on the employee because in the past, I had better service.
