Incredible!!! I made more than 10 calls and nobody answer the phone. Now I have to make a 45 min drive only to have an answer to my question. I’m a plus member since this store open and is evident that they don’t have the same attention that have at the beginning. Time to evaluate if it’s pay to keep be a member.
This is the worst sams club in all the USA. I called them to find out if they had a tire center. I spent over 2 hours on hold and no one picked up the phone. Phones at this sams never get picked up. This is why I spent over two hours, on and off trying to call and hoping that someone will pick up because I did not want to make a 40 minute drive to the store. So I did… I made a trip to the store, but decided to call again, hoping that if somebody picked up the phone as you just turned around back home. 40 minutes later I was in the store and I was still on hold because no one had picked up the phone.
When I get to the Walmart parking lot, there’s nowhere to park because all the shopping carts were in the middle of the parking lot. Then I noticed that all the shopping cart attendance were walking around doing nothing. I had to get off my car, and move the shopping cart out of the way, so I could park. to make matters worse, I go inside the store just to find out that they no longer have a tire center. This made me even more angry because, if someone would have picked up the phone before I made this trip, I would have saved the trouble, time, and gas making this long trip. I decided to ask for a manager.
I had to wait 15 before someone came , only it was not a manager but a supervisor. Then this supervisor told me that I needed to speak to a manager. So now I had to wait another 10 minutes for a manager to come.
Manager Ricardo Diaz came and with less professionalism than I expected, he asked me what I wanted from him in a very rude manner. This manager was very rude and disrespectful. He had a smirk on his face. At this point I knew that he was not taking me serious. I had a frustration. I told him that I was going to file a complaint with Sams. Entrap office. He smirk and told me “go ahead”.
Tried showing him my phone so he could see that I was still on hold but refused to look at it. I am not a Sam’s member. I was going to become a member but who wants to be a member of a business with such a poor customer service.
Way too busy. You need the elevated pass to be able to shop early. They do not have near the selection of a sams in the states. I will not return. I am canceling my subscription now.
My overall experience was very good, however I did ask one of the employees if they had barbecue sauce and he said no and I found it within a minute later and they had a whole few pallets of it so it’s aggravating that the employees do not really take care and do what they’re paid to do
Great place to pick up supplies for the home or for a trip to the beach. Regular Sam’s membership works here, so no worries on compatibility. Parking can be challenging during prime shopping times, but it’s bearable. Food court is at the front of the store by the check out. Great location as well close to Aguadilla, Mayagüez and Cabo Rojo.
