a month agoIf the temperature is hot outside and you run to Costco to buy water 💦 for sure you will find an empty palette and no water they are never prepared for hot summer days. And this is not the first time it’s always been like that.in the last weekThe parking lot of Costco is a nice place to spot planes landing to JFK airport. I also had a $1.5 hot dog and lemonade here, which is insane deal for every Costco customer!in the last weekHad a very bad experience recently. Manager Beverly had no respect to their customer. I drove all the way to shop there. Spent two hours to do the shopping. When I came to the register, they were like Card has to be under your name. They don’t accept household members to do the shopping for home. Never experience any other Costco like this before. If they recently changed the policy they should check the card at the entrance. They only target certain people to do this kind of harassment. They don’t do any courtesy to their customers. I wasted my 3 hours of my valuable time because of these idiots.3 weeks agoThis Costco is completely unreliable! Don’t waste your time coming here. I have been for shopping for me and my son at this Costco for years using my son’s Costco card and all of a sudden today, the staff decided to reinforce old rules stating that I can’t use my son’s Costco membership card and he must be present with me in order for me to use his Costco membership card. I even offered the staff that my son can call give verbal consent or even send an email stating consent along showing proof of his ID. I wasted 2 hours shopping in this Costco and I am a working mother of 2 minor children, who works 7 days a week and all I have is my afternoons and the staff didn’t even have the courtesy to at least tell customers upon entering that they are suddenly enforcing rules. The logic behind this rule makes absolutely no strategically sense. Go to BJs for the same items and prices with much more professional staff.3 months agoThese ladies were so rude and it felt like they were discriminating my family because as we were heading to checkout, my sister was trying to check out with her husbands card and they said their was a new store policy and I insisted they use my card and they said no we need the husband and after my sisters husband came they proceeded to ask for more Identification and explained to him their “New Policy” only to ask after “Do you understand what I’m saying?” ! This was handled very unprofessional and I wish to hear from the regional manager!

3 weeks agoAlways packed but can’t go wrong with the 4.99$ roasted chicken or the 1.50$ hot-dog.They always have great deals like 12 croissant for 5.99$ and other baked good or pastries for cheap.
Perfect place to fill up your pantry .They also redid the parking lot wich look nice.
3 months agoCompare with other locations this one needs a little more attention. Things seem to be a little more disorganized.4 months agoUpdate 4/26: updating to 4 stars because today actually wasn’t bad and they had lots of new itemsCostco the place you go to loose brain cells. The products and prices are fine the people that shop there and the employees are horrible. People blocking pathways, bumping your cart, walking into you, and employees demanding to see your card like that does anything
a month agoService has declined drastically. They harass you at the self checkout for having bulky items and treat you like a criminal if you have 2 carts, thinking you are steeling the membership. They tell you to go in the regular line after you have waited in the self checkout line . There are 3 people working at the self checkout line but they offer no assistance and want you to hi in the regular line . I spend a lot at Costco for my home and business , but don’t think they appreciate their members. The woman simply said you can cancell your membership if you don’t like it here. I won’t be spending my money here anymore.a week agoPerfect as usual , after shopping I enjoyed a slice of pizza 😁🍕, a vanilla swirl and a raspberry ice tea. It was yummy 😋

Costco in New York: Do’s and Don’ts Every Shopper Should Know
Shopping at Costco can be a great way to save money on bulk items, but it’s important to know the rules and guidelines before you start browsing the aisles. Here are some do’s and don’ts to keep in mind:
- DO bring your membership card: To shop at Costco, you need a valid membership card. Make sure to bring it with you every time you visit the store. If you forget your card, you may be able to shop as a guest, but you’ll likely have to pay an additional fee.
- DON’T assume everything is a good deal: While Costco generally offers great prices, not all items are necessarily cheaper than other stores. Before making a purchase, compare prices to make sure you’re getting the best deal.
- DO take advantage of the samples: Costco is famous for its free samples, so be sure to make the most of them. Not only can you try new products, but you may also come across some discounts or exclusive offers while you’re sampling.
- DON’T forget to check the return policy: Costco has one of the most generous return policies in the industry. However, it’s always a good idea to familiarize yourself with the details, such as the time limit for returns and any exceptions.
- DO research the Kirkland Signature brand: Costco’s own brand, Kirkland Signature, often offers high-quality products at a lower price compared to name brands. Don’t overlook these items, as they can provide excellent value for your money.
Shopping at Costco can be a fun and cost-effective experience, as long as you follow the rules and make informed decisions. By keeping these tips in mind, you can navigate the store confidently and maximize your savings.

Love it, honestly if they bought the warehouse next to it and expanded everything. I would love it MORE.
The only thing that’s alwaysssss Ben dysfunctional is the checkout line. No matter if it’s the self checkout or reg checkout lines. Good luck you’re planning to be stuck for a minute. They just need to swap to SwipeScan RFID . But hey not complaining if it keeps costs down honestly, I’ll stay in lane, honey ✨
The uncompitent and rude attitude of this employee completely spoils the reputation of your store. You need to be able to communicate with customers !!! I ask the store manager to pay attention to this cashier
Good, nice place, always been, still is. A bit overcrowded, so avoid usually busy days. Monday is one of them, don’t think it’s only weekends. Make sure to check out their food court, unbeatable prices. If you have no dough that’s the place to eat. They have absolutely unbeatable price to quality ratio for those French macarons they sell by the berry fridge. Manuka honey is cheap there too.
Good collection and super busy so make sure you keep time in your hands. Also quite an empty parking lot.
Membership costumer service works so slow only one ore two people work and they take 20 minutes for one costumer. They should put more worker and change their system so it doesn’t take 20 minutes to help one person . Workers are on their phone scrolling instagram instead of helping the costumers faster.
