2 months agoSelections of products, services, and great prices are offered to customers.a month agoOn Thursday July 13th, my daughter and I came in for gas. I did not have my membership card on my person. We decided to grocery shop since I knew that I could get a temporary card from the customer service desk. I asked my daughter to grab a cart, wait by the entrance while I obtained the temporary card. I was the only one in the membership queue. This was around 1630 hours, Ms. Nicole called for the next person, I walked to her register and did not get a greeting. I said “good afternoon” and received no acknowledgment from Ms. Nicole. Just a blank stare and a look of irritation. I told her that I forgot my card and wanted a temporary card. She said “ID” and I complied. I asked her how her day was going, she ignored me again. When she was done, she just handed my ID and the temporary card back and just stared. THIS WAS THE WORST INTERACTION I HAVE EVER GOTTEN AT THIS LOCATION. This was the opposite of customer service. I had to greet the employee, I had to try to make her feel welcome and I had to try to thank her for being there. Only the word “ID” was uttered by her during the whole interaction. I found Mrs. Aintonnette after my purchase and informed her of my horrible experience. The one star in this review is overly generous. Horrible experience. Huge turnoff.3 months agoI am very disappointed with the service I have received today when going to pay for my things. The woman that supervises self checkout checked my card to see if it was mine, but it was my husband’s card but then in a very bad manner and very rudely tells me that I can’t pay because it was my husband’s card, when before I have used it so many times and she says they have started checking since 2 months ago but I went last week with my husband’s card and I had no problems. It’s ok if they tell me without giving an attitude but the employee sophiya was a very rude person and gave an attitude to me for no reason whatsoever. Instead of checking cards so closely they should focus on treating the clients with respect because they live because of the clients.7 months agoGreat prices and the store was very organized. It was easy for me to find everything I needed!a month agoThe Costco in Beltsville, MD, is an outstanding warehouse store that offers a top-notch shopping experience. The wide selection of products is impressive, ranging from groceries to electronics and household goods. The prices are competitive, and the quality is consistently high.

a month agoCostco has always been a favourite place- it’s an emotion. This is another Costco, well- no this location DOES NOT HAVE GASOLINE! Otherwise, it’s super organised and well stocked store. You will find find good stuff in Costco in cheap price. Nobody can beat the price of Costco.a month agoLove this place! Cozy and a little art deco. It was my weekly happy hour spot. Until I realized my patronage was not appreciated. The drinks are great. The veggie platter is so delicious and fresh. Brussel sprouts are also good.4 months agoMan do we love Costco day! And even though they were slammed with customers all of the associates were kind and able to help wherever needed. My daughter loves the samples and today we opted for the Ghirardelli minis which were absolutely a treat . Checkout was so fast I didn’t even realize I was done. Thank you!2 months agoBest and quality items available in this place. All bakery items are very good and give long life. Just love the fruits and berries they keep. All are top one quality.Coming to membership better to buy gold for 120$ , worth it.

a month agoThis location in Gaithersburg is always mobbed. But Costco is generally a great place to shop in bulk and my visit to the pharmacy was pleasant. They were helpful and tended to my needs. This location just needs to be relocated or have a better parking lot design.

This is my favorite Costco location in the area. Great customer service! Shout out to Dante who works and assists with the registers. He always greets and has a positive attitude. I can definitely tell that the staff enjoy working here. It makes the shopping experience much better!
I personally love this location and it’s always nice and clean. Only thing I would like to see more of the lollipop lamb chops lol I’m serious though! Great staff
One the better Costco I have been to. The food court area is always short staffed. The wait for🍕 pizza is long. In such a well ran store with all the employees they have on the floor I wonder if the labor market is that tight.
Great service. We had a dead battery as we tried to go home. Even on a 87 degree summer day employees Camille and Johnny took extra time to give us a battery jump. We got home in plenty of time before the frozen purchases melted. Costco for the win!
