a month agoI recently paid a visit to Costco and decided to try their banana bread and aspen mills Bread. I was genuinely taken aback by just how delicious it was. Given its impressive quality, I plan to return soon and pick up some more loaves to share with my friends. Costco has definitely earned a repeat customer in me!a month agoWow new item — banana bread. Really surprised how good and moist the mini loaves of banana bread are. The other item that we saw today is the Jalapeño Cheddar Bread. We toasted it and it was really delicious.3 weeks agoI have been a customer of Costco for over 10 years. I enjoy the experience and the friendly atmosphere. Today, the check out employee, named Jacobi, made sure we walk out and not wanting to return. While approaching the check out table, he immediately, with Bossy voice “ start unloading your cart” . I started unloading. Then, the assistant with him, came to help. He asked for the Costco membership card, mine is on the phone. While I tried to pull it out, he started to make sighing sounds and looked very annoyed. I showed him the electronic card. Scanned the card, and before he started scanning the purchased items, my brother said he wanted to pay for his items. He asked us to hurry up and split the items. My brother asked him politely to give us a second, but Jacobi was getting very anxious and whinny. Then he started to apologize for the persons waiting in line, saying “ I am so sorry for the wait”, making us feel like we were doing wrongs to him and others and like we were holding the line. He and his assistant were just throwing things back in the cart. We asked for a box, so the meat will not leak in the car. He told his assistant, just put the empty boxes on top. I can’t believe this person is employed in a customer interface job. He had saved no effort to make us feel very unwelcome. Costco, I am a customer, and I am paying you for the goods I am getting, I have the right to be treated with respect and dignity. I have the right to go through the check out without feeling rushed. Hire the right employee and get rid of the bad apples.a year agoA well organized and decently spaced Costco outlet. Everything (Electronics, Furniture, Food, Beverages, Clothes, Books, Toiletries, Toys and Medicine) under one roof and best place to do bulk buying. Organic foods are sold at an affordable price. Love the A2 milk sold here, tastes really fresh. Avoid buying furniture here as it is extremely overpriced. Food and other new product samples are offered at various points throughout the store – must try if interested in exploring. The store also offers various other products such water treatment, roof installation and solar panels at discounted price. Regular and premium gas prices are decently priced but the traffic is heavy, which is regularly regulated. Worth buying the membership.3 weeks agoVery busy Costco but self check out moves extremely quick. Line was half way through the warehouse but it took less than 10 minutes. I was impressed. Also a huge parking lot so parking is much easier than Sam’s club.

Kim Chi cost more than in ABQ.2 weeks agoCostco pharmacy was fantastic from the pharmacist to each of the techs. I had issues with my prescription and would have paid full price until it was eligible under my insurance. Steve the pharmacist said he’d contact insurance and explain which he did and quickly. I’ve dealt with the pharmacy for several years and everyone has always been very helpful and professional. It’s a comfort to know they have my back and are there to help.6 months agoFound everything in stock that we needed going into the holidays. The only complaint I have is that one of staff who was giving out food samples assumed I was younger than my actual age and did not allow me to try a sample without adult supervision. It was quite laughable how she could’ve politely asked me instead of assuming and stating this rudely and loudly near other guests. Well, I guess the food sample wasn’t worth the trouble of arguing with her about my age when I clearly had a Costco card and cart full of items, but would appreciate it next time if staff could be considerate and courteous.4 months agoI loved how big/small it was!! Had everything as a normal Costco just condensed!!Still easy to shop and had everyone I needed and more… always!!
a year agoVery nice and clean Costco location in Dallas. A bit confusing to get to as it is in the intersection of IH-635 and HWY 75. The check out service is fast and friendly. There’s a huge variety of quality products for everyday needs. Highly recommend this place!

I enjoy looking at their seasonal items. I fell in love with the stackable shoebox & organizer. Shoes will now be dust free and I’ll be able to quickly find the pair I want to wear.
Good place to shop A to Z items for less,competative price too.Just all one by one rack line and have a glance of all products including eatables.etc etc etc.
Then choose picking things to fill up your trolly.
But remember to take membership card just in front of entrance.
Must not miss shipping in this marvelous whole sale shop.
So crowded, but this location has the most Asian food/ingredient/dessert choices. Staff at self checkout were friendly and fast so we didn’t have to wait long.
We bought this 3 inch mattress Topper and cashier told us we can return it if we are not happy.
But when we want to return it back Alex told us it is not possible.
I am disappointed with this costco staff because they are rude and they think they only person in the world has power and when they said NO.
You can not do anything.
I hope someone from corporate see this review and do investigate and train theam.
Also this proudest it is not fit in king mattress it is biger than king so I tried to explain to Alex but because he has power I can not do anything????
I would be appreciate if someone from corporate reply to this massage and let me know exactly what is the Costco return policy????????

It is a great store. LOTS of really great stuff. The bargains are incredible and the quality seems to be so good. I did learn today that if you’re wanting to slowly and enjoyably see what all the store has to offer, obviously Friday late afternoon is NOT the best time to explore. That’s the time for a multitude of very serious shoppers that know exactly what their are in there for. I’m excited to go back a much less busy day and time to see even more of their offerings.
