What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Multilevel store but nowhere as near as fully equipped as you may think. It’s too airy, other H&M stores are packed with clothes.
One thing that is really neat is the tailor shop in the middle of the second floor where they can adjust any piece of clothing you choose. Nice touch. Otherwise, you can tell this is placed in a touristy area and it feels on the racks.
If you feel like buying articles for ho e use like linens, cutlery and decorations, there is a place for that too in the store, it’s not everyday you see this in an H&M. Staff is nice and helpful

  2. I went in the H&M to return some pants because I got them in 2 different colors to decide between them. I went 3 day after I bought them – I had the receipt with me and handed it to the guy at the counter, and then he said he needed the card terminal receipt. I told him I payed with Apple Pay and didn’t get it, then he told me to look it up at my bank account. I then did look it up and found the bank statement and showed him it. He took my phone without my permission and started scrolling in the bank statement. Then he told me that it was not this one – but I told him that it was correct, because I am from Denmark and therefore it has a different currency. He did not understand it (maybe because he did not understand English) and asked his coworker to help him. Then his coworker took my phone and started looking through my other bank statements and bank information- through my phone without my permission. Let me remind you, I ofc had given them the receipt . I told her I didn’t like it and she just smiled at me and told me if she could look through my bank, and I said no. Then she got “mad” I think and just told the guy that he should pay me the 23€ back.
I said thank you and have a good day, but didn’t get any response to that.
It was the 19th of August 2023 about 16.45, and the guy who helped me was tall, with glasses and dark skin color. The girl had black hair and Asian looks.

  3. Good selection, though some clothes show wear already (small holes, some sweaters with little pieces having come off,…), perhaps because of the fabric type. Difficult to access a changing room to try on clothes, because of long lineups. Several floors of the store, with seperate sections, with escalators and an elevator. Bright lighting, and generally well arranged store.
