    This store is pretty easy to navigate and kept pretty well. There weren’t a lot of employees on the sell fool. This place is good for older client’s. My mother is in her Sixties and loves shopping here for clothes. A lot of here friends around that age love it here.

    I like to come here to look at there holidays stuff. They have some pretty original looking holiday items sometime.

    The prices are high then I like to pay. I find some things my kids would love but the price always turns me off for the most part.

  2. I like this Kohls more than the one in Lakeland. I happen to be in Brandon, so we went to this one and I really liked it. I didn’t even know that Kohl’s is now selling Vera Bradley! They don’t have a huge selection yet but I did like what they had.

  3. Huge Clearance Area lots of deal up to 70 %. Area is clean and well sorted. Price checker near buy.

    Also, well, stocked sephora in store. You earn kohls cash but can not spend it on sephora items.

  4. Big store with wide variety of stuff and lot of discounts. There’s also an Amazon returns desk here managed by a lovely lady who handed me a 25% store discount coupon on top of all other offers. Running shoes are only available in standard common colors black and white mostly. More time you spend here more things you will end up buying.

  5. Went today to see some of the specials. Was somewhat disappointed about some of the options. If it was not because a promo coupon, the “black Friday” and Cyber Monday specials were a bust.

    I always enjoy a trip into Kohls and seem to have pretty good luck when I go in. I am usually able to find clothes that fit and that are stylish. I have noticed since the pandemic things are a little different but I do see the inventory building back up. There is also some remodeling going on and I am excited to see the end result. Lastly I noticed that they are selling Ring and Roku products…which I think is fantastic!

    It was awesome! My luck doesn’t usually run this way, but I was there for the end of season sale. I have lost enough weight to wear 2xl shorts. Their Dry Wick shorts were on sale and I bought 3 pairs for the same price I paid for one pair before at another store. I know these were sale prices but the before prices were also very good. I will be going back.

    Went here to return on online order. My receipt for whatever reason wasn’t working or showing up in the system. I wish I remembered her name but the lady helping me was sooo nice and helpful and was working really hard to try and figure out what was going on. She was super nice and apologetic and ended up figuring it out. It was after Christmas on 12/30 so it was busy but she took her time to help me. If she can get kudos or something I remember she had dark hair and it was around 11am. Thankful that she went above and beyond to help me out and provide great customer service!

    Personally I stopped going here but I only ever used it to drop off Amazon returns. They give you a store coupon just for doing that. They put the drop off desk way in the back to wind you through the merchandise and there’s always a line. Whole foods at the mall across the street is a better option. In and out.

    Bad experience today. During my purchase of 3 pairs of shorts, they changed clerks in the middle of the transaction. Somehow only 1 was rung up. Upon noticing this once I got in my car, I went back in to pay for the other two pair ($50+). Long line, so I tried to explain this to the supervisor in charge of the line and she gave me a hard time. Demanded to know when I purchased them (5 minutes ago) and who rang me up, why I didn’t go back to her, etc Total attitude. Really? I could have just kept them, but had to come back in for an attitude!
