Manager is so bad at scheduling. When I started the line it was only 3 cashiers Saturday at 2pm. Now it’s five but look at the line. And it’s always like this. If u know that prepare for it. The line have over 50 people
The place was a hot mess. Nothing was in it’s a place. There were shoes with pot & pans, kids’ clothes with women’s clothes, and this was early in the morning, so it should have been cleaned up the night before.
I was frustrated with the amount of room to walk. I did leave without buying anything.

I’m giving Tjmaxx this location at las Americas a 1star due to purchasing a perfume but haven’t received it, their receipt is made hard to read for whatever reason but it was clear I bought the said amount of body products which didn’t add up. I’ve gone into the stores twice, managers took copy of my receipt number and name, omg they haven’t called nothing I think it’s unfair because I work very hard for my money and made many sacrifices. It’s been about two months now and nothing is happening when ever I explain to them that I haven’t gotten my item. Please I need a higher opp to reach out to me and help me with this. Yea yea yea it’s just a perfume but it’s my money that had purchased that item I didn’t received. I’m sure if I was white I would have gotten help with this. Smh
