  3. This Kohl’s is the BEST I’ve ever been in! Had to call my daughter because we hate the Kohl’s in The Woodlands, Conroe and Spring Texas areas. They are cluttered and unorganized. This Kohl’s was nicely setup, inviting and staff were very friendly and helpful.

  5. I’ve never seen the store such a mess. I can not find an outfit in a small or medium. The entire womans athletic section is plus sized. The woman’s section is a wreck. The fitting rooms are so dusty that I had to clean my shirt off before I could put it back on.

    Hangers have no rhyme or reason to the clothing size they’re holding. The small section is 2x-4x. Should a hanger say small or xs the clothing is actually any size but. It’s a wreck in here.

    It would probably be a great store to shop at. However, the disorder of the clothes is a big problem. That’s not fun. That’s disgusting. So I always leave without buying anything. But what I saw today tops everything. Presumably used shoes in the shoe rack. real mess. yuck

    UPDATE: APRIL 2023 Had to make a quick return from some items i bought online. I dont understand why when you buy 2 pairs of jeans the same size but by different mfg..one fots bit the other doesnt come close ? There was a line at returns with only 1 associate and a customer taking quite a bit of time. Someone else should have been called to assist. Finally my turn, and it was fast & smooth. Noticed the petite & plus dept as i walked out. Much improved as far as spring clothes! Too bad nothing appeared on sale at the moment? Went in to return articles that had been waiting to.return since Christmas. I thought it might be denied, but surprisingly, they went thru the computer without a problem! It was a great day..did I mention there wasn’t a line at customer service? Now, with cc credit, cash & Kohls cash in hand, it was time to shop! But I couldn’t find the dept I was looking for..Women’s Plus. I had to ask, usually it’s squashed between an overstuffed clearance & maternity wear. They actually put this dept in the front near the registers..next to workout wear..coincidence?? The dept, I hope, hadn’t changed over to spring attire yet? (It was mid-March). Most of.the clothes were dark colors & black. This is a season of renewal.. I want to see pastels & brights! Where are the spring clothes? Whoever is buying for dept needs help. Also, some floor people are using the back floor displays facing the wall as their “drops” when they can’t put their stuff away.

    Love one Kohl’s has sales and I just got a 30% off coupon… Kohl’s cash is nice too! I miss being able to return my Amazon product there, though… Don’t know why that relationship went south!?!?!?

    Went this morning when it opened. I walked in @ 9:02 and the lady talking with worker at the register was rude .. Telling me they were open @ 9 I said it’s 9:02 and she asked other lady what the time was … never apologized or said sorry . Also went to purchase fine jewelry today & NO ONE approached me or even asked if I needed help Poor customer service all the way around I went elsewhere to purchase jewelry
