2 months agoSo being a Queens kid for life, this Macy’s and this location truly has a special place in my heart. I don’t know what it is that makes it stand out more than the others but the customer service is unbeatable the people that work there at this Macy’s, or truly genuine, who care for the customers needs in this day, and age of online commerce and shopping, and to me, nothing beats an experience of walking into Macys and receiving help, and I hope others get to experience this at this location. Gabriel, Jacob and Nelson were excellent and helping me find some of the perfume and clothing that I really really liked2 months agoI always come here for my fragrances! I’ve been coming to macys since I was a kid and nothing has changed. It’s a great place to get designer things for less. There’s usually always a deal on something and if you’re a Macys platinum card holder, you get special perks year round. I always do some type of gift shopping and especially holiday shopping for when I need something special for someone without having to empty my bank account!3 months agoVery bad service, I bought three bags, and one of the bags broke the next day I bought it. When I went to return it, they didn’t want to return it or exchange it for another, I had to take the broken bag home, the people who took care of me They were very rude and were not leaders. The only thing the supervisor told me was that this bag could not be changed after having paid for it, that at the same time that I could not change it, and when I bought it, the cashier never told me that I could not return it if it broke from the factory, very bad service, I do not recommend buying there Never .a week agoVisited the clinique counter for my teenager to buy some makeup. The representative that helped us was amazing. She helped her find all she needed and taught her how to use the products. She was patient and answered all her questions. 4 months agothe Macy’s store in downtown Brooklyn and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the jewelry staff. They were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect piece of jewelry. Their warm and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home and added to the overall pleasant shopping experience.Not only was the jewelry staff top-notch, but the store’s cleanliness was spotless. I was impressed by how well-maintained and organized everything was. Additionally, the calming scent that permeated the air added to the relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
The quality of service provided by the jewelry staff truly stood out to me. They were able to answer all of my questions and provided valuable insights and recommendations that helped me make an informed decision. They were patient, understanding, and truly went the extra mile to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase
4 months agoThe store was incredibly tidy and roomy. We found a wide variety of choices, but there was just one dressing room available on the third floor where we were shopping. We spent approximately 20 minutes waiting for the fitting room and another 20 minutes at the checkout counter. There was only one cashier on duty, and we were the next customers in line. The waiting time seemed somewhat excessive. Nonetheless, it’s a pleasant shopping destination overall.4 months agoMacy’s, I feel, is my husband FAVORITE store beside the foot locker stores. So he says, “Let’s go to Macy’s. I just want to check something out as we get in. He pulls out his phone, goes to the clerk, and asks, Where do you have this particular jacket. So now there is another jacket in the house. Other than that, Macy’s store have friendly and willing to help you workers it’s clean and when we were in the men section nothing was on the floor everything was neatly hung up or folded on the shelves.5 months agoBeautiful lighting! Built-in Starbucks. I like to grab a coffee before I shop.They have a make-up area where you will feel like a complete movie-star! 😍

It’s definitely more of a tourist place to me than a store to me. It was cool to see their flower display for spring collection. We actually went there because in the back of the store is an original wooden FUNCTIONING escalator. It’s cool to know that many decades ago people were riding this same escalator. It’s a beautiful store but I could only imagine the prices with it being a tourist site. Cool to see them go out compared to the local Macy’s back home.
Very nice departmental store. Almost all top luxury brands here. Cloths, shoes, bags, perfumes & makeup etc. Better have Macy’s membership card to enjoy extra 25%.
This is the most amazing Macy’s store! It’s 9 floors of shopping pleasure with tons of friendly/helpful staff! They have a ton of elevators and escalators to keep everyone moving. I especially like the old wooden escalators! Most floors have a dining option as well. Billed as the “Largest Store in the World” and I believe it! Definitely a stop worth making.

We called into Macy’s to see the 100 year old wooden escalator. Typical department store selling good quality, high end goods. As we had never been to the store before we stopped and looked at the map explaining where the different departments were. This was placed more or less straight in the doorway and , as we approached, it had customers looking at the map. We joined them and were in the middle of working out the floor we wanted to visit, but we were told by the shop greeter to move on out of the way from the entrance. ( annoyingly others weren’t told this). Not a great first experience. Maybe the map shouldn’t be placed in a place that can clutter up the entrance.
