4 months agoThey have all these signs TOYS R US AY MACY’S and I was excited to see it, but it’s such a disappointment. Literally you come up the escalator to the 2nd floor to a glass wall with shelves with a few board games displayed on them (like 1 or 2 per shelf) and just a tiny little corner of toys. I didn’t really see any toys you couldn’t find anywhere else. There weren’t any associates around, just a little price check barcode scanner on the wall, and a sign for check-out directing you elsewhere into Macy’s. On the plus side, the prices were about the same and most were $1 -$2 less than Target. Having a Geoffrey to take a picture with is cute. The corner was very clean, but the best thing to describe it was “underwhelming”.6 months agoI liked how Macy’s showcased some black-owned brands during Black History Month. I hope they continue to feature and support diverse communities all year round.5 months agoBought 2 of these dresses for flower girls in a wedding. High quality dresses for only $20 each! Love going to the back stage area where all the good sales are!11 months agoThis location was very clean and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had the new fragrances that I was looking for and the sales person was very knowledgeable. Be sure to check out the upstairs sale section for some good deals.5 months agoLike the discounts offered in the backstage area. We ventured through and found the Toys’RUs area that’s newly opened.

a month agoGotta be honest, the menswear selection is sooo lacking. The selection is pretty boring and the store’s lighting is dull. But I give 4 star anyway because they have Toys R Us. It reminds me of my childhood and they have that baby raptor that I’ve been looking for all over – so that’s 4 star, I guess.The selection is bleh, but the associates are nice and helpful.
2 months agoMen’s section felt empty. The place felt very understaffed. Clothes were a mess everywhere and the dressing rooms had 4ft high piles in each corner of clothes.5 months agoLadies, this is specifically for you! 🙂 I went to SouthPark Mall today and deciding to treat myself to some ✨NEW ✨ fragrance. So, I chose to go into Macy’s. Originally I had the idea of purchasing one of Coach’s perfume bottles but, then I was undecidedly (if that’s a word, lol) excited to see try some other fragrances. One of the associates was really helpful (I don’t remember her name) but, right before I made a decision on choosing a gift set… There was this blue Versace bottle to caught my attention because, the tip was shaped like a diamond . They had 2 different sizes, I chose the smallest (3.4 oz) bottle @ $110. Then, she surprised me with a 4pc travel set (pictured) with the other fragrances. I was definitely speechless and it was complimentary with the purchase of my bottle. I’m definitely satisfied and definitely would shop there again! 🙂a week agoThis is not the Macy’s that I remember. Extremely short staffed. My friend has a bit of a handicap and the escalator was moving too fast. Created a dangerous situation. She finally found an elevator with no help to get there. She was so flustered and embarrassed. I felt so sorry for hera month agoYesterday I went to return a shoe that I bought online, a girl named Talia attended me at the cash register, when she opens the box she realizes that the shoes were different and she assured that I had put a different shoe in the box keeping the other, what would I do with a different shoe? I give her to explain that I did not know and that obviously the shoe is new that came like this, she said that she could not do anything and that she had to go in the week to talk to the manager to make the change, she was very rude and it was a very bad service, I do not return to this location

I had so much fun finding some needed clothing on sale @ Macy’s Northlake Mall this afternoon! Tasha (2nd floor womens dept) was so very helpful. She found a blouse in the size that I needed by checking the Southpark store but said there was one in stock @ this store. She even went and found it for me, so I didn’t have to walk all the way across the store to find it. Give this lady a raise, Macy’s!! This Macy’s is a waste of time. Needed to find plus size women’s wear, and their selection was almost non-existent. Was looking for a dressy dress. Poor selection and the shoe department also sucked. There’s nothing like Macys at home in NY. They can do better.
Got furniture from here, Almost $5,000 for the sectional. 4 months after being delivered a section had electrical issues. Envoked my Warranty and got the run aroumd, I was told the part I needed took 6-8 weeks to be shipped. Here we are at week 10 and the people can’t even give me a straight answer on where my part is. It also doesn’t help the the Call Center is Located in the Philippines. I wouldn’t purchase pillow cases from here after this experience.
