What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Definitely not worth the $30 I spent Pizza was cold by the time it got to my house which is weird since I literally only live less then 10mins away. Also for this pizza to be new it is definitely not worth it and the Cinnabon rolls are nothing like the picture. I should have just ordered from Dominoes at least the pizza would have been HOT

  2. Had the All Meat Pizza Melt. Appearance wasn’t all that great but the taste wasn’t bad. The actual restaurant is kinda sad to look at if you can even see in there. Really dark during the day but friendly staff and quick service.

  3. I really don’t know what happened to whoever used to be in there making the pizzas but this is my second time ordering here in the past two weeks and each time my order was dry barely any sauce. They messed up on my order last week and they were supposed to be making good on it today. And it’s just dry and disgusting I just won’t be 𝕓𝕒𝕔𝕜 𝕚 𝕘𝕠𝕥𝕥𝕒 𝕠𝕣𝕕𝕖𝕣 𝕞𝕖 𝕒𝕟𝕕 𝕞𝕪 𝕗𝕒𝕞𝕚𝕝𝕪 𝕤𝕠𝕞𝕥𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕟𝕖𝕨 𝕛𝕦𝕤𝕥 𝕤𝕒𝕕

  4. The instore help is great. Ordering online sucked by having to deal with remote phone order takers that screwed up my order. You can’t call the shop directly. I don’t like that. I ordered about $175 worth of pizzas to deliver to my friends and I wanted my way. Not the phone services lack of menu options.

  5. I ordered contactless delivery. I saw on my camera app that the driver arrived, no notification from the delivery app, no ring of the door bell but I didn’t mind, so I started making my way to the front of the house, I took about 1-2 minutes to get out to the front (disabled so it messes with my mobility). By then the delivery driver left so I called and spoke with the manager. Apologized and was cut off and told they would bring it back if “someone was ACTUALLY going to be home” I apologized again and did let them know Im disabled and don’t move as fast as I would like but I would be happy to wait in the living room until the driver was able to come back. The driver arrives and rushes up to my door, Im thinking he must be nervous so I go to meet him at the door and say “hello”, was literally about to thank him for coming back and apologize to him in person but he was MAD. I got cut off after I said hello and was met with “WHAT, you did hear me out here the last time I was here?” I apologized again because frankly he was making me nervous and I did honestly feel bad he had to come back out. He just said “yeah” and shoved my food at me before he stomped off. I say all this to say I do understand customer service can be frustrating and draining I really do, however I really don’t appreciate being talked to like that. Ended up in tears and disregarded the food all together
