  1. The tech at this store helped me get my unlocked phone activated in less than 10 minutes; phone support couldn’t get that accomplished in the 90 minutes I spent on the phone with him. Really appreciative of his expertise and friendliness. I didn’t see his name in store, but my receipt said Celestain. Glad he was there to help.

    The store is nice but they appear to have limited to no capability to do anything at all.

  3. Jason was able to get my number transfer processed in less than 30 minutes after online customer support put the transfer request under the wrong number. Highly recommend this location

Take you through a lot…gave me a business programmed phone instead of regular iphone my daughter purchased for me…called customer service they told my daughter they would put in a note and I could go exchange the phone, got there and alot of what they couldn’t do was said. I had to drive back home to get my daughter…she had to take off work (work from home) and we went back before that I had her driver’s license, sales receipt and everything the first time I went and called her on the phone…They exchanged when we went back.

    Back when I lived on Baton Rouge I went to this Verizon establishment to get a phone. This was in 2014. To my surprise they said they needed a 150 dollar deposit because my credit wasn’t up to their standards. So I walked across the street to Wal-Mart and got an excellent phone with awesome service. Now in 2023 I’m with Consumer cellular with even better service. Thank God for choices.

    Went to the College Dr. location trying to start a new line of service..So I decided I wanted the Z Fold 4..Was informed that they were out of stock @ this location..The Guy got on the phone to look for the phone at another location in Louisiana,, Once he proceeded to end the call I was told he found one..& it would be ship in 2 days…Took my name number to call once the device made it in..Never I gotten a call or nothing back,,I have tried to call but never got a real answer about the phone.,,Did NOT feel welcomed upon entering store

    My experience at the Verizon store on College today was outstanding. I needed help setting up a replacement sent to me under warranty and Lara was eager to help. She was very knowledgeable, patient and informative throughout the entire process. She was also very polite and answered all the questions I had. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my customer experience today. I will be back for sure!

    I bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max at Best Buy since it was the only place seemingly in an 8,000-mile radius that had a couple in stock. When I got home and tried transferring everything from the old phone to the new one, my cellular info wouldn’t transfer for some reason. The data was there, but not my phone number. I brought the phone to this Verizon store, and I was immediately assisted by Gabe. He tried something on his end which didn’t work. Then he talked to Verizon on the phone and then spoke to somebody supposedly in tech support. They didn’t help one bit. Gabe then decided to try another trick, and it was successful! Without counting the time talking to Verizon on the phone, the whole process took maybe 5 minutes. Thanks for the help, Gabe!

    So today 6/9/2023 i got off from work to make it to the store around 6:10 pm, they had a dark skinned lady standing in front the door, she was standing there trying to see where we were coming to the store. You saw the annoyed look on her face. My husband and I circled around because we thought she was closing the store. So my husband saw how much attitude she was going to give us from her face. WE drove off and the reason she looked so annoyed because she wanted to sit in the car and talk to her friend on the clock and we was stopping her from doing so. this made me extremely upset and she is stopping you guys from making sales. VERY DISAPPOINTED

    They lost a sale today. Wanted to start new service as Im leaving trash mobile. There was 2 workers (one in training). The wait was like 30 mins. and the worker kept making mistakes. Wasn’t worth waiting any longer.
