It knocked the power out and the cables service went put. I kept getting verizon messege that serive will be on on a few hours then it turns to days. My wife work from home. So we have no internet that mean she has to go into to off until the internet comes back on. So i canceled my service and went back to comcast. If I could leave no stars I would. The associate Tyrone gave me one of the worst customer services experiences of my life. The lack of professionalism and level of rudeness that he expelled is unmatched. If you go here please see anyone but this person. Experience was so terrible I had to cancel Verizon all together if this is who they allow to work for their company.
Josh Gonzalez was very knowledgeable, friendly and made what was a frustrating situation very simple and offered resolutions that I was unaware of and appreciate so much. His professionalism surpasses 5 stars. He is truly the man to come see at Verizon !
