  1. I really like this place. It’s well organized, prices are reasonable, and they usually have what I need without having to ferret through acres of non-relevant items.

    But where this place shines – and this is why I always start here when I’m looking for something specific – is the staff. I may be the exception here but I am so tired of being treated like a walking credit card everywhere. I will go out of my way to find places that look me in the eye when they talk to me, actually listen to my questions, and are truly appreciative of me being in their place of business. This place has all that. The staff seem genuinely friendly and helpful. The attitude in the store is that they are thankful to the customer for chosing them over the many other options. That kind of attitude can only come from the top down and is becoming more and more rare. Bravo!

  2. The gentleman that helped me – Roderick – was the nicest and most helpful person. Being on oxygen is difficult to go into the store’s. I ordered online and he brought the items all out and even went in and bought for me a couple things I couldn’t find online. I will most definitely shop there again.

    I’d been to the one down in Cortland, many times, and I must say that they’re both a great place to find anything that is hardware related as well as the many other categories of items that you’re looking for 👌

    I recently navigated this store to find a piece that will make my bath turn into a shower since it broke a while back. With the help of a kind store associate we determined my vintage , porcelain tub would require a whole faucet & knob removal & I spent about $27 on a knew faucet & knob. Well, upon arriving home I realized that this $27 fixture would not fix my issue so I went back a few days later on a Saturday around 1215pm & was able to return the faucet by showing my receipt which I had photographed in my Fetch app. Because I did not join the rewards program until AFTER I did this return, they were unable to just look it up in their system. At least they issued a full return & gave me the cash back!

    Just left the store ,, standing in line one register open , other casher leaning against non open register doing nothing looked right at me and just looked away , then get up to register, no Hi , no acknowledgment , never asked if I was a member, cash out , no Thank you , or even have a nice day , will never at walk in that store again and I will share with my 4500 Syracuse followers,
