  1. Great store. They have everything you need I would rate 5 stars but last time I went I was treated very rudely by the Cashier Victor. Who claimed that the merchandise I had picked was not for individual sale I had to buy the whole pack which was 60 dollars and the other employees told me to take pictures to show him and he would still say that the employees where wrong. I told him call a manager and he said that there where non available. Very sad customer service for such a good store. This was on 12/05/18 at 4:55pm.

  2. I loved and enjoyed coming here. For a store that is open for more than 10 years or so!! It looked grand opening ready! As a former employee & a current stock holder! I did my share of opening stores…. I found my self here while visiting family in PR. Due to my shower-head breaking at my family’s house. The Young lady that assisted us was awesome. She walked us over to the plumbing department. Stayed with us till the end. I must say that I was in “Awe” The store was gorgeous and everyone was engaging with customers. The atmosphere was so pleasant. Everyone was working and all safety practices were being done! Every Aisle was Grand Opening Ready! Kudos to the Store Manager. I was sorry to see there was no name of the store mgr on the receipt like in the US… just a suggestion : All newly promoted SM should be sent to Caguas HomeDepot. They truly have raised the Bar and have the standards High! Had to leave this comment. Great Job to Caguas PR!!!! Home Depot!!!

  4. Like the store and be able to search myself for what is needed but not always you find employees close by for assistance. Timber is not alway good (lots of bended material or not useful). Also need to improve website…specially inventory information.

    Never had any issues here. I live equal distance between this and another Home Depot and I ALWAYS prefer this one over the other. My only issue is how quickly they run out of things and how long it takes to get them in stock again but that’s a problem in a lot of companies here on the island.

    Getting worse as time goes by. Working in customer service my self, their was a time when I would use Home Depot as an example of an excellent customer service experience. Now a days, I can even imagine how I did that at one time. In theory the Curve Side Pickup sounds great. But when you “check in” on line, then let them know again on the app that you are waiting, call and you still have to get down to make the line to pick up that item you only but because you thought it would be a quick pick up, you wish you hadn’t bought jack.

    At Home depot in Carolina, I found a very nice heavy duty storage rack that will work for my storage room and for the price its perfect. Finally U will e able to free up space from the house and closets perfectly! Each rack could hold up to 2,000 lbs. The rack has 4 shelves and are 24″ deep, 72 ” wide and 78″ tall. It’s a pretty big size rack and like I mentioned previously will work perfectly in my new recently build storage room. Thanks Home Depot…

    This store is so good. There’s no limits for your projects. The employees are very kind, good teachers 👏 👍, and they helps a lot when you are not a contractor, but handy.😉 they have store open hours that are convenient for all, starting early in the morning and closing late at night. Products with high quality are always available. Thank you HD!
