1. I have been to Marshalls & Home Goods twice in the last couple weeks. Both times I had specific items I was looking for, but I do enjoy the unique things in the store, so I often look around for awhile. The unique and cool products they carry are always fun to look at and find something interesting at a good price. However, on the last 2 times I stopped there, the checkout line was ridiculous. There were at least 15-20 people waiting to check out at any given time BOTH times and BOTH times there were ONLY 2 people checking out. The first time there was also 3 other employees behind the counter, but none of them helped to start check out the long line of people wanting to check out. The second time, there was not other people behind the counter, however there were 3 people standing at the entry door to greet people. While I understand there are more guidelines in place with the pandemic, I would still think that there should be someone (usually a supervisor or manager) that would be able to watch the traffic flow and adjust accordingly. It was clearly visible that many of the people in line to check out were very irritated. I do like to shop at this place and find unique items that are usually reasonably priced, however, I am NOT impressed with the check out and lack of customer service at this location. If you are planning on shopping there, make sure you have enough time to sit in a long line to check out.

2. Great prices, such an awesome collection. Considering how busy the store was, it remained organized and check out moved quickly and smoothly. Very excited about my seasonal finds!

3. I haven’t shopped here in quite sometime and it will be quite sometime before I return. Associates were in the isles talking about a trip they’d taken to Jamaica while the checkout had two cashiers and the line was long enough to start heading toward the back of the store. Seriously? I mentioned to the cashier they should give senior citizens a discount for having to wait in line longer than 15 minutes. He said this was an everyday occurrence. IF you shop here, wear comfy shoes and prepare yourself for a L-O-N-G wait at the checkout.

4. I would have liked to have seen more long sweaters. Even still, I always find something fabulous to add to my wardrobe!
