I originally went to get a mobile hotspot, added new phones with Charlie but then was told by JT, when Charlie Shaver blew me off for an appointment which he set up, I could not add a mobile hotspot to my plan, even though Charlie said I could and I told him it was a priority to get one without changing plans. More to the story when they balked at refunding for my accessories since they are not set up for customer service and only the original sales person can do that…TERRIBLE.

    I like Verizon but will never do business with Cellular Sales again. BEWARE and be forewarned. We went back to upgrade since they were good the first time, but REALLY HORRIBLE this time. Escalating this.

    Went back and the assistant manager was considerate and took care of my refund. Had that happened in the first place, I would still be with Verizon.

  5. Read my other review…the manager supposedly took care of my refund…but NOT! Never received it and Verizon charged me $2468.04 for two phones I returned. Cellualr Sales is totally disorganized at best, sleezy, incompetent and cons at worst.

    A fresh, headache free start to my Verizon Experience. Finding a store with employees who have been around for more than a few months is difficult to say the least. Edgar, Josh and Chris are the A team if you are hoping to switch. They understand their promotions, rebates, plans and devices. I’m sure there is 3.5-5 years experience spread between them. This is also an official Verizon store, making the corporate expectations and experience a little more streamlined.

    The absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I came to get two new devices the store was having issues processing my second phone and after over two hours of waiting and being told my phone is here they are trying to resolve the issue the manager comes out to me and say we don’t have this phone. Never did and there is nothing she can do and walked away. This store is a mess my issue kept getting out in the back burner for customers walking in well after me. Who ever the manager is with the short brown hair was beyond rude. The his experience makes me want to cancel service completely.

    I was sold a 128gb on a business account. My old phone was a 256gb. The phone could not even initiate a transfer of the data. Had the rep simply taken the time to ask my storage capacity needs it could have avoided a week of back and forth in which I inevitably cancelled the plan. In trying to make an exchange for a phone I could use they told me it was my fault for signing a contract on a phone I couldn’t use. They could exchange the phone but that I would be charged $50 restocking fee. They said I could call customer service and it would be free. I called customer service and they wanted to charge me the tax on the phone…. Again. “You approved it” they said. Would not recommend this place to an enemy. You all could have made it right but I’m glad you didn’t because I got the 512gb and a $250 credit with AT&T for the same price I was paying you.

    We bought 2 phones online for pickup in store. Unfortunately something happened with our order and we were only able to pick 1 phone up. They other magically was being shipped. After the promised 2 days shipping from online we had to visit the store because we didn’t have a phone and we had zero notifications about a timeframe. Remember these are $1000+ phones. We were helped by Samantha Little. She listened to our concerns and jumped right away to rectify the situation. Unfortunately due to whatever online issues, she wasn’t able to do anything just yet. Samantha put a phone aside and told us to come back the next day in hopes our order was delivered. Next day, no phone. Richard helped us due to the information Samantha gave as well as me. He, like Samantha contacted Verizon customer service and we were told that they couldn’t cancel the phone it would charge the other one full price. So we patiently waited. Come January 4th we still didn’t have our phone, so back to Verizon to see our new best friend Samantha and she wasn’t giving up until we received ANY information as to what was going on with our phone. Samantha called CS again and that agent ACTUALLY dug and dug and dug to see what was going on. The CS agent checked in periodically with Samantha to let her know she was still digging. After a while Samantha suggested to the CS agent about cancelling the first order and then reorder for store pickup. CS agent did just that and honored our original order from Dec. 26th. Unfortunately, what happened to us happened to the CS agent. In-store pickup became a shipping order. After they reviewed the order the CS agent swore she did in-store pickup. I stated the exact same thing happened to us. So Samantha cancelled second order and asked to patiently wait 24hrs to see if the system had to clear everything out then we will try again. We did just that. Today Jan 6th I get a notification about my bill, open up my app to see my 2nd order of my 2nd phone that was cancelled on Jan 4th(message to prove) was out for delivery. Shocked! We waited and sure enough UPS was at our door for a signature about 10 min later. Husband met at Verizon to see Samantha so we could make sure this phone was ours and get it activated. At times we felt angry, were quite frustrated and wanted to give up. Tell them to cancel it and move on. But Samantha was nothing short of amazing! Even though she knew how frustrated we were from our original order she pushed through very diligently, professionally, patiently and very very kindly. Samantha got results and we couldn’t be happier. She is a gem to work with and definitely an asset to Verizon and their customers. Samantha we can’t thank you enough for making us feel important and not treating us like a number. We felt heard and appreciated by you. I know now that we will NEVER buy a phone online again through Verizon. We will head to Verizon and see Samantha to get exceptional customer service. Again thank you! Now the only thing we need to do is call Verizon CS and ask them to waive the upgrade/activation fees assessed to both phones due to this issue.     Very poor customer service by the manager. The manager has poor poor communication skills. Does not care about new customers. Treats people and new customers like garbage. Extremely rude!     Yesterday, my i6 from 2017 finally gave it up. I was at a loss to decide what to do next. I told Rich that I wanted something similar, and he immediately hooked me up with the new phone I needed. He then transferred over all of my data from the old phone and got it all done so professionally. The new phone has unbelievably sophistication that I needed some help to understand what all I could do with it. Today, Keith walked me through how to put my new password on the phone and guided me through many of the other programs. What a team! If you need help with your phone, Rich, Keith and their team will really get it done for you.

    I normally dread the replacement of my phone hence having my phone for 4 years. However, I had a wonderful experience today. Worked with Malik who assisted my son and I with the replacement of our phones. He was friendly and professional and took care of everything we needed in a very short period of time.
