- Reviews:Needed a new phone while out of town on vacation. Waited 30 minutes for service on a Sunday with only one person in store. Only to find out he was not interested in selling me a phone after verifying there was a local Russell Services in my FL community. Because I questioned Verizon return policy of 30 days…he refused service. I’d rather pay $50 in Uber fees to avoid giving them business. I happily rerouted to the corporate store 5 miles away with 5 people on staff. Dude With The Dreads Doesn’t Have No Customer Service Skills At All. He looked upset since we walked in the store, didn’t greet us or nun of the other customers. He couldn’t explain nothing and I was very interested in purchasing 2 new phones but he pretty much convinced us not to. Over heard another customer walking out with the same complaint. I just feel like why work somewhere you don’t really wanna be because it’s interfering with the company business and I been a manager for years at AT&T and we strive to please our customers before ourselves and take pride in it. Hopefully this doesn’t take food off his table but hopefully he can practice better customer service.
