I’ve come in here multiple times. My issue coming in was that my phone was saying I had a dead battery or an unknown battery. The guy that helped me gave me a sweet deal on an iPhone 14. He also transferred all my date over to my new phone and made the process smooth and easy. I tell everyone to come to this store if they need any sort of Verizon help or phone help in general. Today we came to this store looking for a promotion for Mother’s Day and we found this nice, gentle young men with a big smile and with time to listen to us and help us and putting Verizon reputation in a good standard. His name is Adam Peterson and gave me one of the best presents for Mother’s Day when he shows me respect and looked the best way to accomplish my needs as a client. My husbands phone had broken that day, and we needed to switch providers and join plans, as it was much more economical that way. We were dreading the process of switching from AT&T (me) and T-mobile (my husband) to a new plan through Verizon, as we expected it to be a major headache. Much to our surprise, it was quite the opposite thanks to Marcus! We went in and he made it all a breeze. We switched our plans, got a joint plan that was the best deal, and on top of that Marcus helped us trade our phones in and get new phones with accessories through a deal that was going on in the store. He was very knowledgeable about dealing with other providers, trading in our phones and getting the best deal we could get. When our first bill came and we had a question about it, he was very helpful and responsive! Joey is hands down the best employee at the St. Matthews Verizon. He helped us through a crazy account issue that was part apple issue. Super chill, friendly and competent. He even entertained my kids when I had to focus on my phone. Joey deserves a raise!!!
This is my first time in this particular Verizon store. I am very well pleased with the service I received. I appreciate that everyone is very well dressed. It’s so nice to see retail workers that are dressed so nice. I got my bill lowered and fixed another issue on my account. The representative that helped me was very helpful and kind. I recommend this store. He was very quick with everything.
Been very very pleased today. Chris did a good job of trying to explain the my billing and why. The discounts had not been applied and he contacted the several people and try and get these reinstated and tried to contact Mike so I’ve I’ve had to feel like I’ve had a real good experience and you know not negative about anything. It’s just I just trying to get some clarification so I reckon that’s all I need to say is I’ve had a good experience and I appreciate the help
The representative that helped me was personable and professional. He offered great suggestions and found the best plan for me. Been in here before and this was the best experience I’ve ever had here. I would recommend this store to other people needing new phones or phone help and good service.
