  We are more than happy with our custom kitchen cabinets, two islands and a coffee centre with quartz countertops and backsplashes (which we LOVE LOVE LOVE) a round window trim and some guest bath shelves. Harbour Kitchens & Millwork also built us a breakfast nook and gorgeous vanities & a built in dresser in our primary bedroom. Chelsy and Harbour Kitchens were a pleasure to deal with and they were right on schedule, keeping in touch with us at all times. Their install guys, Dan & Robbie, were truly amazing. And any warranty work (which was minimal) was dealt with in a very timely manner. We have built many homes for ourselves with some superb kitchens in them and we have no hesitancy in saying that Harbour Kitchens has been an all around star! They deserve an A+ and we are happy to refer them to anyone. You won’t be disappointed with their quality or customer service. We truly love all the work that Harbour Kitchens did for us!!

  We used Harbour Kitchens for our new build guest house in 2019. We were highly impressed with the whole process from design, to installation as well as customer service. We were so happy with their custom work we have had them re design rooms for us in our main home. I cannot say enough about the quality of the work and products provided by Harbour Kitchens. Chelsy is a fantastic designer and is so easy to work with. The craftsmanship shows in the details, as well the box design is by far the best I have come across for kitchen drawers. I will continue to upgrade and replace my current built ins with them.

  Unprofessional, strung me along for 6 months picking out cabinets for new home build. Had To drive from Campbell River several times for this. When it came time to install lady said plans would be ready in a few days, (I still have the email) after a week they decided to drop me as a client. Wow !! So had to scramble to find another cabinet maker in a short time span. Extremely disappointing service!

  I needed a contractor to build our house on a new lot on the golf course at Crown Isle, Courtenay, BC. I met with many local contractors and chose Cameron Contracting because, after my initial meeting, I knew I would be working with a successful family-run business. We are thrilled with their high-level quality and attention to detail. The home they built with expert help from Cory, Kristy and Don furnished us with a house far superior to our original plans. We are forever grateful and recommend Cameron Contracting Ltd as the number one company to choose for building your home.

  We hired Cameron Contracting for a bathroom renovation. We were given a quote on the scope of work that we provided, and given a time frame of 3 weeks. In week number 8, we asked Cameron Contracting to wrap up the job and we would finish the last couple of things ourselves. We were billed more than triple the high end of the quote and left with a job, riddled with deficiencies. Due to no contact coming from Cameron Contracting, we filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to which Mr Cameron replied, “It is very important to cameron contracting, that all our customers feel that they have been treated well.This was not the case on this file. For this, we are very sorry. We take full responsibility for this, and will do what ever we can to help these customers.” His idea of helping “these customers”, was to offer to fix about 60% of the problems and still charge us more than double the high end of his quote. Due to lack of a suitable resolution, we eventually agreed to pay Cameron Contracting one third above the high end of the original quote and they would walk away leaving us to arrange for the deficiencies to be rectified. We are very unhappy with Cameron Contracting and their substandard work. They showed no regard for scheduling, cost or quality of work.

  Cameron Contracting has done a great job in completing our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The process of construction went very well, even though we were living in Edmonton while it was being built. Their estimates for our budget were very close to what the costs actually were, and communication was good through phone calls, videos and email. Their staff and the crews we met on site were always very pleasant and professional. They also clearly understood our needs for wheelchair accessibility and built the needed features with no trouble. They have continued to help us get set up by connecting us with landscapers and building a workshop. If we ever have another house to build we would definitely build with Cameron.

  I can personally speak to Cameron Contracting’s excellent customer service and high quality of craftsmanship. My fiance and I recently bought our first home in the Creekside Townhomes complex, built by Cameron Contracting. Naturally as first time home buyers we had a million questions and found them to be extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. My fiance is an electrician by trade and has experience working on mult-million dollar homes in Whistler; he was blown away by the attention to detail and craftsmanship that went into our spec home. Overall we found Cameron Contracting to be both thoughtful and skilled, and we loved how they are a family run business who cares about their customers. We’d highly recommend them to anyone!
