  I couldn’t speak higher of Mr. Neskis. The very first question he asked me had nothing to do with his service, he simply asked how I was doing.   Although I did not get the chance to work with this firm, I received very sound and honest advice from one of their attorneys about my potential product liability case via telephone consultation. The attorney was thorough, patient, and empathetic during their explanations to me. Although I was left disappointed, I was let down very easy and exited the conversation in good spirits.   Professionalism is the only word that comes to mind when asked about decker law firm. Decker law firm represented me in court in Virginia Beach where I was alegendly accused of going 81 in 55 by Virginia state police. Whereas other law firms were unable to make my court date, Decker Law Firm made it happen. Virginia state law is extremely strict In comparison to other states, and decker law assisted me in reducing my reckless driving  charge to 64 in 55. I wholeheartedly endorse the Decker’s Law Firm. Do not appear in court without proper representation which is hands down Decker law firm.

  If you’re looking to make an informed decision about your legal representation, take a minute to hear my experience. I could write a novel about how awful this firm is, but for the sake of anyone discerning legal options, here’s just two things you should know: (1) I terminated my attorney-client relationship with Spiggle in March 2023, but the firm did not send me all of the lawyer’s correspondence on my behalf until December 2023, and even then only after I filed a complaint with the Virginia State Bar. As a client, you have a right to all of your lawyer’s communication in your case. I emailed the law firm multiple times since March, and I even went to their offices in person and spoke with them to lay out my complaints and ask for copies of the correspondence. Despite assuring me multiple times that they would forward me all emails, they did nothing until I filed a formal complaint. (2) After reading those parts of the lawyer’s correspondence that were, in fact, shared with me, it became clear that the lawyer misrepresented me and my needs in my case. He introduced language into my case that we had not discussed beforehand, and I did not find out about this until it was too late. Moreover, there were aspects of my case that he did not explain to me and that I had to research and discover on my own in the months after the fact. Of course, I could try to file suit against my lawyer for all of that, but that would involve hiring yet another attorney, spending even more money, and wasting precious time on a protracted and difficult lawsuit. It would be easier for me and my family to just cut my losses and move on. After my awful experience, I consulted with another attorney who told me I was the third person that month who told her about a negative experience with Spiggle. The representation I received was (to put it charitably) dreadful, and I ended up thousands of dollars poorer because of it. I would be in a demonstrably better position if I had never retained an attorney. Whatever brought you to search for a lawyer, I truly do send my heart out to you, and I pray you make a good decision.

  The Spiggle Law firm is highly recommended. In the situation I was in with my employer there is no way I could have navigated this maze of nonsense without the help of my assigned attorney and her team. She made me feel a lot more comfortable moving forward with negotiations and she was always on top of things. She advised me correctly and did not allow me to cave to nonsense offers. I was represented by one of their best attorneys and I would not have been able to achieve the outcome received without her or the rest of the team at Spiggle Law. They made sure that the agreement was fair and did not set me up for another problem in the future. They also properly prepared me for each deposition and advised me of my options every step of the way. She also laid out every scenario that could happen and what the benefits and/or consequences would be. I would highly recommend them and if I ever need assistance again in the future I will be contacting them!

  I booked an appointment for a 15-min phone call appointment with an attorney. It took a week to even be able to schedule an appointment. Then, 48 minutes after the appointment time, someone claiming to be Brenda Caballero called me, but then declared she was not an attorney. Didn’t want to answer any of my questions, just wanted me to listen to yet another spiel and book yet another appointment. What’s the point of yet another ”appointment’ if you won’t answer my questions and don’t keep your appointments anyways? Not a good vibe to be getting from a lawyer/law firm, or anyone claiming to want to be my advocate. Edit: I saw that, although too busy to keep my appointment, this firm was very quick to reply to my review here (within 10 min!). Then, apparently, deleted it. Getting the strong impression that they want to waste my time, all while charging me $700/hr for them to go get coffee and chat with co-workers. Run, run away!

  Not the outcome that I hoped for. Had a great well documented case with recordings for discrimination and retaliation, with a good attorney. However be prepared to have deep pockets in order to get any type of remedy, or for this law firm to fight for you. Without an endless supply of money you will not be represented. As I was told if we go the EEOC route it would go well into 20,000k plus. What I ultimately paid for was the attorney and legal assistance time and a demand letter. All over $8,000 dollars. I worked for a slimy large unethical company, that chose not to budge. However this law firm does not consider employment loss and monetary loss as a factor when taking on cases for clients. At the end of the day they have to make money. Clients are unfortunately stuck in a position to either give up the fight for justice, or come up with money they don’t have. There is no other option. I honestly can not recommend.
