  Found some vermiculite in my attic during an insulation install. Was worried that it might contain asbestos. Sent out a sample and called Hina. Brian helped me out and came out to give a quote. He was very informative and answered all my questions. It turned out my sample came back negative for asbestos. If it had, I would not hesitate to use Hina for the clean up

  They were very quick to get out to check out our asbestos concerns. Bounsy was incredibly nice, explained things to me, and made the best recommendation for our situation. We had decided to call Hina after reading their reviews, and I definitely understand why so many other people gave them good reviews.

  This seems like a great local business that actually wants to solve whatever your problem is, and isn’t going to push their services on you just to make money. We (fortunately) won’t need to use them for asbestos abatement, but we will definitely be using them if any environmental, lead, asbestos, etc issues come up in the future. Thanks again!

  They wrote the book on customer service! During our remodel, asbestos and mold was found. Our contractor ignored both issues and had his team tear out some asbestos without proper protection. We were living in the house at the time and our daughter was living at home and was 6 months pregnant!

  When our neighbor pointed out the asbestos in the middle of our kitchen, I notified our contractor and he caused exposure by tearing out a 9’ duct and causing asbestos to become airborne .

  I called Hina , and immediately Bounsy, a rep from Hina was at our house. He explained the dangers, and reassured us his team would properly remove the asbestos with no further harm coming to my family.

  We have used them again for a mold issue and their customer service is outstanding. They return calls, texts and emails quickly and always listen and make you feel like your issue is the most important issue.

  Also, praises to their office support staff. If I have questions or concerns, they are handled with friendly, smart and caring individuals!

  I highly recommend this company! They never complained about supply chain issues, or lack of staffing which I’m sure they experienced. Their attitude is how can we help you during this tough time? And how quickly do you need us!!

  My husband and I just bought our first home and are renovating it ourselves. Since it’s an older home we thought we may want to get it checked for asbestos. The same day I sent a message to Midwest Environmental asking about getting our house checked, Frank was able to come by our house that afternoon to collect some samples and take a look at the rest of our house. We were so thankful that he was able to come by so fast! It also gave us piece of mind knowing that it was only the floors of a couple rooms that had it so we didn’t have to stress too long about it. We’re now just waiting on a quote for removal and for the test results of the samples, but so far we’ve had a great experience!
