    I highly recommend going to the UPS store for passport photos. It’s cheaper than Shoppers and they are neurodivergent friendly. I brought my autistic son here to have his photos taken, and the owner Tracey and assistant store manager Sara were very accommodating and friendly. Thank you so much! 10/10 customer service.

    The level of incompetence from the employees at service new-brunswick is unbelievable. The government is in desperate need of a overhaul. The employees they hire are extremely overpaid for their intelligence level. Most if not all of them employees should be terminated and much of the services could be abolished. I’d give this a minus 10 star if it was an option.

    The required documents change with each employee. One will say you need A, B,C and when you come back with that info the next employee will say you actually need A,B,C and D. For example one employee said my bill of sale wasn’t right so I waited till shift change and the next employee accepted lol
