    I was prepared for a bad time due to the other reviews. I was pleasantly surprised!

    We were easily able to find a parking spot. All the employees were informative, helpful & direct. Wait time was short, we waited for about 15 minutes before we were called up.

    We are new to the province so we had a lot to switch over & needed pictures taken as well. Everything was completed in a timely fashion, we were in and out within an hour.

    I got my needed service smooth as usual. Properly manned, the place is well organized. Today, the screens which tell you that your number is on were out of order. But this problem did not slow down the flow of the services. The employees had to call the next number by shouting it aloud. I appreciated their dedication.

    Sat on the phone for 30 minutes waiting and they hung up the line. Taxes are up and they can’t pay ppl enough money to answer a phone. Make it make sense.

    Every time we go for a service (address change, vehicle registration, Medicare card, name it!) they manage to find a new way to screw things up! We waited for 2 years for them to fix our address, meanwhile couldn’t receive Medicare card because of the address, then for my girlfriend’s and my little brother’s drivers licence exam they ran a whole new set shenanigans to delay things up, stall us, then accuse us for not showing up and being late TWICE! And of course there’s no refund for the fees we payed and services that we didn’t receive! This is shameful and unacceptable. If you need services from GNB go to Oromocto’s SNB.

    Update: they didn’t fixed our address after all!

    Today was my third trip trying to change my residency & address after moving to NB. most of the desks stayed open & staffed with nobody being helped for 15-30 minutes at a time at each desk, employees chatting while waiting to call anybody else. Every trip they have added another hoop to jump through and I have to come back with more documents. Might as well wheel in your home filing cabinet on a trolly or they will tell you you’re missing something. Terrible experience all around. If your documents are checked when you arrive & take a ticket, why wouldn’t you tell people they are missing something BEFORE they wait 3 hours. God Awful, forget moving the building across the river just demolish the department and let us do things ourselves online
