(Turns out there was a hiccup on Verizon’s end while setting the account up) The first Verizon store I went to was entirely unhelpful and told me they couldn’t really help me because I had a pre-paid plan rather than a regular plan. These guys, however, were more than happy to help. Said I qualified for 5G home internet with promos. Internet constantly disconnects on a daily basis and found out none of the promos were applied to my account such as discounted internet price, price lock, and other promotions. Found out my address indeed does NOT have services and they intentionally addressed the internet line to a different address…. All the way in FL!!!! Plus, there’s cancellation fees and equipment fees upon canceling even though they advertise there’s no contract or any extra fees upon cancellation. James went above and beyond, he was able to lower our previous provider cell phone bill by 50%, and upgrade all of our five devices. He provided, hands-down the best cell phone service I have ever had!!! Immediately after we switched over we have experienced no service in certain areas and now we have service everywhere we go. I recommend this Verizon store location to anyone that’s looking for a better deal and overall better reception
