Monica is THE BEST!! She helped me and my family get new phones about 5 years ago, and we were happy to see she was still there today when we went in to upgrade again. She was the only one working on a Sunday, but she made sure to help everyone who came in while we were there. She answered any and all questions we had and made sure we had our new phones all set up and ready to go before we left. She also talked and joked with us, making the whole phone transfer process fly by. Can’t say enough good things about Monica and this Verizon location. Thanks Monica!
Great service! Monica is a phenomenal worker! She was not only entertaining as well as informative during the phone upgrade process, making time fly, she also was very thorough in every little detail. She triple checked the screen for dust before applying the screen protector. Give this woman a raise! Superstar! Never had an issue with Verizon before, but Monica is the reason I keep coming back!
Tabby was great! After going to Belleville and spending weeks with issues she got it all resolved in minutes and I walked out of the store happy. She is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Wish I had gone to her sooner and not dealt with all the customer service stress.
5 stars doesn’t do this place justice. I came into the Verizon South County location with a phone with the screen not working and needed to update several things on it. My intention coming in with a broken phone was to upgrade/get a new phone. Christina, the store manager, was nothing but patient, kind, and BEYOND helpful to get to this end result as she she spent (literally) 5 hours to help problem solve every issue to get my new phone and pictures I was worried I was going to lose easily transferred over. Not to mention both of my parents needed new phones desperately and she was able to get both of them both transferred over and they left with new phones as well, everything in tact from their old devices. We’ve been loyal customers to this specific location since my very first cell phone and today we were once again reminded why we frequent this location. They are all so helpful and know how to make customers leaving satisfied and happy. To anyone going through phone troubles or are thinking about switching to Verizon, I couldn’t recommend going here more to get what you need. Thank you Christina and Verizon! We appreciate you!
