Found these party balloons and decorations in this very store a few weeks ago! Went again today looking for cleaning agents I’d found on a previous visit. Didn’t find them, so if you ever come across anything you like in this store, (not to encourage hoarding) but get as many as you’ll need just in case you don’t find it on your next one or two visits.
Their shelves are extremely well packed and organized.
Upon entry you have to walk halfway across the front of the store then cut through checkout lanes to actually get into the store. (They claim its theft prevention, I say possible firecode violation). For years the shelves are ALWAYS half empty and inconsistantly stocked (they claim supply issues, I say lethargic complacent employees) Plenty of product viewable in the storeroom, just nobody putting it on the shelf… Do yourself the favor- go to the Dollar Tree a few miles down Gravois next to 9 mile garden. The store is larger and always fully stocked. Makes this place look like a joke.
I often visit this store and I always receive such good customer service from a guy from London. Pleasant and helpful and gives an incredible service. Dollar Tree should employ more people like this guy. He goes the extra mile and I even saw him carry heavy shopping bags for elderly and disable people to their cars. So refreshing to see such helpful workers.
Cashier wasn’t friendly didn’t say nothing at all need to do better smiles are free
It was great. The problem that most shoppers will agree with me. The stores are a mess.
