  Anti-covid rules are respected. The premises are clean and located on the 2nd floor. The staff are polite but we don’t see them except the person at the entrance to the premises for our health pass. Each participant is in their cubicle and we are given a tablet to answer questions while tasting the samples. Plus we make a few dollars 😉

  We receive lots of invitations to participate in tastings. We spend our time filling out your long questionnaires. We are rarely selected. For some time they have been spending their time sending us the same questionnaires, then they answer that we don’t have the profile, a few days later they send you the same questionnaire for the same study???? If we don’t have the profile, why send us the same questionnaire???? I find that they are mixed in their way of doing things. They changed their name, I don’t understand why. It doesn’t work any better. There must be a lot of people who flashed them, because they are exasperated by filling out questionnaires for nothing.

  What a great experience. Good reception, apart from waiting outside (the reception table should be located at the top of the stairs, just before entering the tasting room). Otherwise, friendly services and staff.

  We got the entry water pipes changed 3 years ago by Sanexen hired by the city of Montreal. Not too long after that a leaking started. Unfortunately, it took us a long time to identify the noise the leakage produced. After all, we are not plumbers and too bad for us. It cost us 8 000$ to repair the poor quality job Sanexen did. The company which made the repair showed us the problem, it was a poor fitting. Not to mention, before that the city came and dug a big hole only to say, it was not on their side. I am terrified by the level of incompetence and lack of proper qualifications of hired professionals these days, especially by the city of Montreal.

  Sanexen did work on a few streets including ours (Rouville) in Dollard-Des-Ormeaux. The work was supposed to be completed by the end of July 2023 and it was completed July 17th. There was no damage to our lawns and driveways. Everything was put back to the state they were in prior to the work starting. No complaints at all.

  Their truck just did a hit and run on me. They switched to my lane with no indication at a very high speed. My car is damaged. There is proof on camera. The police will be involved if they do not reach back to me soon.

  Our street has been shut down for over a month now due to them being late with their construction, and they’re here sun up to sundown. They left the smallest written notice on our front door about this, and without warning have shut off the water multiple times, sometimes being for an entire day. They just stand huddled in groups gawking at women from the afternoon onward.

  I was verbally attacked by a very aggressive worker. He called me ” UNE OSTIE D’ARRIÈRÉE MENTALE” in front of co-workers and neighbors who were all appalled and encouraged me to complain. I went up to someone who claimed to be a supervisor but nothing’s been done. I have to see him every day since and probably until June since that’s when the project is due. I’m so upset. The attack happened in broad daylight with plenty of people around and it was so violent. Scares me to think what he could do when nobody’s watching. He knows which house I live in, what car I drive.
