    I went there for my daughter’s passport photo, as my daughter is little, was difficult to make her sit for photo, although the Store was busy but both Staff Girls managed everything so calmly and in professional manner and my daughter had a perfect photo😍. I really appreciate their help and I am happy with the team work. Excellent Customer service!

    If I could give a zero I would. 1 or more of the local delivery drivers are thieves. 2 packages in a row were “delivered” but on the days they claim to be delivered no one showed up. In fact I have cameras on the front of my house aimed at the door. No one showed up either day. Now my family is out over a $1000 in Christmas gifts!! We initially thought it was a mistake and the parcels would show up in the next day or 2 but when UPS was notified they said, sorry your out of luck, it has been 3 days since the delivery so it’s not our problem and were extremely rude. I’m absolutely heartbroken 💔

    Amazing staff and great service! I had to arrange for a courier to ship a prepaid, pre-addressed envelope to the probate court building in Chilliwack- to then be shipped to the States. No other courier could help me – could not get the help line at UPS international to do this ( or Fedex, DHL or Purolator) – but the local UPS franchise in Chiliwack made it easy and went above and beyond to help me with a stressful shipping job. Many thanks to Harleen and Kanwar! Trust these folks with any international shipping problem!

    After leaving a delivery notice on my saying that the package would be available at the local UPS access point store, an hour and a half later online tracking shows that the package was delivered to some random woman named Kara. My package is lost and I have to file a claim now. Never have had a positive experience with these idiots, I would give negative stars if possible

    This has to he the biggest ripoff I’ve ever experienced with UPS. $17 with tax for THREE tiny little 4×6 photos. Just 3, not even one sheet of paper used. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!? The woman working tonight @ 5:45pm said no problem, I saw the cost on the wall of a less than $2 a photo. She comes back with my order and says that will be $16 and change. WHAT THE HELL!!??. DIDNT tell me the price was much more costly before she completed the order, just assumed I’m psychic and knew the wall prices were WRONG. Horrible business practice, lying by omission is still a lie and it’s not conducive to the practices of the Better Business Bereau. Do not go here, experience has taught me the post office is faster and cheaper by a mile and apparently everywhere else is cheaper for photos. Disgusting business practices here.

    Hung up repeatedly when I tried calling to figure out how to get an urgent package which was shipped overnight from Ontario to Chilliwack but had not yet arrived by 4 PM. Don’t call or visit this store if you want helpful customer service. In fact, don’t use UPS if you want something delivered on time with any kind of useful tracking information or ETA.
