    Amazing experience as always.

I went to Maggio to get a contract written up along with legal advice and he was with me every step of the way.

When it came to experience and a fair breakdown of services, I got everything I needed in a timely manner.

If you are looking for someone who is fair with the education and experience to back up their services, this is your guy. The best there is!

I had an initial phone appointment with this service provider, and unfortunately, he called 30 minutes late. Our next appointment was scheduled for an in-person meeting at 11 am, yet it’s now 11:40, and we are still waiting in a cramped waiting room surrounded by strangers. The waiting room itself is small and unwelcoming, making us feel like we’re in the office of “Better Call Saul”. The whole process feels rushed and lacks the professionalism one would expect. The initial phone call was brief, and he even managed to misspell our names. It’s disheartening when businesses do not respect our time, especially when they charge high fees.

Additionally, the fact that we were made to review confidential documents in a small, public waiting room is concerning. Moreover, the plexiglass shields are still in place four years after the pandemic, which feels unnecessary and disrespectful at this point.

I always make a point to arrive ten minutes early for any scheduled appointment, yet it’s frustrating that I’ve been waiting for over 40 minutes past my designated time in this uncomfortable environment. This whole experience feels like a drive-by law service, lacking the professionalism and respect that I expect. The lady at the desk seemed to care, however, which was appreciated.

In case they respond that I’m not a client which seams to be the responce to a negative review, know that I am. Last time I asked a lawyer if so and so was a client, they were not allowed to disclose…

Feeling bad about his skills and professionalism in family law, he charged very high rate, but quality and skills is not good, he should tell me in the beginning what would be the outcome, so I can decide to go further or not, I spent much money and time, but I didn’t get what I want. He one time told to do a title search on my behalf, but never give me further action. I wish he could spend more time discuss my case with me in more details, such as what is the possible outcome in the early stage, what is for sure I could get and what is not possible to get. I need such input from his experience, but I never got such feed back, after 3 years, he told me both your house and her house would be sold, why he didn’t tell me early? I was very very disappointed with him. I didn’t get what I want and justice is not served, my interests and right was not protected under family law. He could do family law cases without any arguments, not my case, he should tell me the truth in the beginning. Feeling bad about putting my case in his hands. It is waste money and time.

Mr. Maggio provided me with independent legal advice. He was pleasant, thorough and ensured that I was fully aware of the contract I was signing. Tanya his assistant was friendly and efficient each time I visited or had a query. Mr. Maggio’s rates were also very fair, I would recommend 100%.

Top Notary Public Services Alternatives in Windsor

A notary public (a.k.a. notary or public notary; pl. notaries public) of the common law is a public officer constituted by law to serve the public in non-contentious matters usually concerned with general financial transactions, estates, deeds, powers-of-attorney, and foreign and international business. A notary's main functions are to validate the signature of a person (for purposes of signing a document); administer oaths and affirmations; take affidavits and statutory declarations, including from witnesses; authenticate the execution of certain classes of documents; take acknowledgments (e.g., of deeds and other conveyances); provide notice of foreign drafts; provide exemplifications and notarial copies; and, to perform certain other official acts depending on the jurisdiction. Such transactions are known as notarial acts, or more commonly, notarizations. The term notary public only refers to common-law notaries and should not be confused with civil-law notaries. With the exceptions of Louisiana, Puerto Rico, Quebec (whose private law is based on civil law), and British Columbia (whose notarial tradition stems from scrivener notary practice), a notary public in the rest of the United States and most of Canada has powers that are far more limited than those of civil-law or other common-law notaries, both of whom are qualified lawyers admitted to the bar: such notaries may be referred to as notaries-at-law or lawyer notaries. Therefore, at common law, notarial service is distinctly different from the practice of law, and giving legal advice and preparing legal instruments is forbidden to lay notaries such as those appointed throughout most of the United States. Despite these distinctions, lawyers in the United States may apply to become notaries, and this class of notary is allowed to provide legal advice, such as determining the type of act required (affidavit, acknowledgment, etc.).
