  Nik Roughton is by far the absolute best Realtor I have ever had. I have bought and sold 5 houses in the Vernon area over the years and I have never had such a great experience as this one with Nik. He listened to exactly what we wanted and then proceeded to get us just that. He said he would do his best and he most certainly did! Our house sold in the first week, we got what we wanted for a price, we got a quick closing date so we could beat the snow and everything was wrapped up and complete within 5 weeks.
